Leading up to Hurricane Ian hitting Florida, Joe Biden called several mayors but not Governor Ron DeSantis. After realizing how petty and partisan that looked, Biden’s handlers finally made him call the Governor. Now that Ian has passed, Joe tried to show that he doesn’t play politics with natural disasters by tweeting a picture of him talking to DeSantis. The only problem is, the picture is fake.

How could he possibly be talking to DeSantis? He’s got the phone ear piece pressed against his cheek. The reason why they call it an ear piece is because it goes on your ear. And the reason why it goes on your ear is so you can hear the person you are talking to.
Joe Biden is so phony he can’t even fake using a phone.
This shows you how bad this administration is at everything, including bullshittting the public. Are you trying to tell me that they couldn’t get a shot of Biden using a phone properly? Or that no one on his team of handlers noticed that Joe was listening with his cheek?
If the White House addresses this, and they probably won’t, they will say that Biden’s tweet is technically truthful. Biden said he talked to Ron DeSantis, not that he listened to Ron DeSantis. With that phone configuration, he could have conceivably talked.
I wish we could zoom in and see what “notes” Joe is taking. I bet he wrote: “Dear Dairy, I’ve been talking to Ron DeSantis for 15 minutes and he hasn’t said one thing. Maybe he’s still mad that I called Republicans fascists and threats to our republic.”
Actually, I don’t bet that because that’s way too complex for Joe’s dementia-ravaged brain. It was probably chicken scratchings and a crude doodle of an ice cream cone with a smiley face.
As Russia gears up to escalate the war in Ukraine and China is on the verge taking Taiwan, America’s enemies are looking at a picture of the (illegitimate) President of the United States who is so enfeebled he can’t even use a telephone. Sure, it’s no secret that Biden’s mind is gone, but optics matter.
I get that it can’t be an easy job to present Joe Biden as someone who is in control of his facilities, but this is just a picture. Anytime they put him out there to speak it’s a crapshoot, but they should have been able to nail a shot of him on the phone.
The fact that they couldn’t shows that Biden is further gone than he appears. And he appears pretty far gone, so this is alarming for anyone who cares about this country.
