Federal Court Stops the Obiden Holy Grail in Its Tracks—The Student Loan Handout Program Temporarily Blocked

Many Americans believe the Obiden student loan forgiveness scheme was a last-ditch attempt to salvage the midterms.

Afterall, advancing programs—some are already available—that allow graduates to work off their student debt while also earning a living wage may be more acceptable and would more likely be constitutional.

This from thepatriotjournal.com.

With the communists poised to lose big, The Regime whipped up this plan–even though advice previously was that it couldn’t be done constitutionally.

The plan already backfired among many voters, who did not appreciate having to pay off the debt of millions of white-collar college graduates. And now, the plan may not even go through after this federal court’s ruling.

The 8th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals granted a motion on Friday to temporarily block [the Obiden] estimated $500 billion student loan handout plan.

The appeals court ruled in favor of six Republican-led states who requested that [the Obiden] handout plan is halted while the court works through its request for an injunction.

The 8th Circuit Court of Appeals blocked the student loan scheme until the final ruling can be decided. This means the Obiden Regime won’t be able to hand out billions of dollars of hard-working Americans’ money to college students who refuse to pay off their student loans.

A final verdict—because neither side will accept this decision—will likely not be reached until the SCOTUS becomes involved either to hear an appeal or to push it back to a lower court.

It’s shocking but typically hypocritical to see [democrats communists] in Congress supporting the Obiden plan. Just last year, Pelosi explained that a president did not have the power to cancel student loan debt.

Only Congress could cancel student loan debt, through legislation.

Pelosi is oddly silent about this scheme today since communists are on the verge of losing the House. Virtually no communists have come out against this plan—even when it appears Obiden is violating the separation of powers.

Several Republican states sued The Regime over this scheme, representing millions of hard-working Americans who are being punished.

Why should people who never went to college be forced to bail out privileged students—who now refuse to pay back their loans?

The whole point of taking out a loan is to pay it back when you have the money to do so.

Final thought: The Obiden Regime is attempting to force the entire country to cover the debt of a few—an example of ‘The squeaky wheel gets the grease.’  Hopefully, this temporary injunction will mean the corrupt, unconstitutional plan’s final demise.
