The FBI and Congress has been investigating January 6 for almost 2 years now and have come up with nothing to charge Donald Trump with. Earlier this year, the FBI raided Trump’s Mar-a-Lago home claiming he stole classified secrets, only to admit he didn’t do anything wrong. Since the FBI dropped the witch hunt ball, Attorney General Merrick Garland has appointed a special counsel to investigate Trump’s involvement in J6 and his classified documents nothing burger.

Attorney General Merrick Garland has named Friday a special counsel to investigate the entirety of the criminal probe into the unlawful retention of national defense information at former President Donald Trump’s Mar-a-Lago resort, Fox News has learned.
Garland appointed former Justice Department official Jack Smith to the role. Smith, a former assistant U.S. attorney and chief to the DOJ’s public integrity section, will oversee the investigation into Trump’s retention of classified documents after leaving the White House and whether the former president obstructed the federal government’s investigation into the matter.
Smith is also tasked with overseeing the investigation into whether Trump or other officials and entities interfered with the peaceful transfer of power following the 2020 presidential election, including the certification of the Electoral College vote on Jan. 6, 2021.
As stated earlier, the FBI quietly came out an admitted there was nothing nefarious about the documents they seized from Trump and, for crying out loud, J6 has been investigated more that any other event in history.
So why all of a sudden is SCOTUS-reject Garland launching this investigation? Well, he actually answered that question truthfully and it’s f*cked up:
“It is in the public interest to appoint a special prosecutor to independently manage an investigation and prosecution based on recent developments, including [Trump’s] announcement that he is a candidate for president in the next election and the sitting president’s stated intention to be a candidate as well,” Garland said.
Because Trump announced he is running for president in 2024, Garland says it’s in the “public interest” to investigate the shit out of him? That’s probably the part Garland shouldn’t have said out loud.
Then again, it’s pretty obvious that the point of the investigation is to keep Trump off the ballot, which is something the former president also saw.
“I have never heard of such a thing. They found nothing. I announce and then they appoint a special prosecutor,” Trump told Fox News Digital.
Trump also said he will not participate in the latest witch hunt against him.
“I have been proven innocent for six years on everything — from fake impeachments to [former special counsel Robert] Mueller who found no collusion, and now I have to do it more? It is not acceptable. It is so unfair. It is so political,” said Trump, adding, “I’m not going to partake in this.”
Democrats and the liberal media helped push along Trump’s campaign in 2016 because they thought that he would be the candidate Hillary Clinton could beat. Then a funny thing happened and Trump actually won, which was a problem because he was never supposed to be president. In fact, according to the swamp and deep state, he was not allowed to be president, so they did everything they could to destroy him for 4 years.
Luckily for the shadow regime, they were able to rig the 2020 election and install senile Joe Biden in the White House. Now that Trump has announced he intends to reclaim what is rightfully his, the regime must once again destroy him and if they can’t find anything legitimate, they’ll just make it up.
