If recent events have taught us anything, it’s that the radical left no longer cares about our constitutional rights.
Communists/Globalists from the federal government were colluding with Twitter to shut down our free speech online.
This from thepatriotjournal.com.
But it doesn’t end there. Leftists sue small business owners who refuse to support their radical agenda.
And in one state, they actually tried to ruin a teacher just because he wore a MAGA hat.
From AP News:
The 9th Circuit Court of Appeals has ruled in favor of a former teacher in Vancouver, Washington, concluding that his wearing a hat supporting President Trump to school was protected speech under the First Amendment…
Judge Danielle J. Forrest wrote in the opinion:
That some may not like the political message being conveyed is par for the course and cannot itself be a basis for finding disruption of a kind that outweighs the speaker’s First Amendment rights.
A science teacher in Washington brought a MAGA hat to work, twice. For that, he was verbally abused by other teachers and even the school principal.
Communists/Globalists have tried to eliminate free speech by saying “hate speech” is not protected by the First Amendment.
Then they say ‘hate speech’ is anything they disagree with.
See what they are trying to do?
The radical left uses the excuse of “hate speech” to shut down anyone that defies their views.
Anyone with a view right of center is considered an “enemy” to them.
“And they will do whatever they can to silence Americans.”
Whether that’s at a school or online, leftists will use whatever power they have to bully and intimidate conservatives into silence.
“But this ruling from the 9th Circuit is significant.”
It shows us that even this West Coast court is protecting the First Amendment.
And the left’s radical attempts at shutting down free speech, because they don’t like someone’s politics, are a violation of our rights.
“This ruling strikes against one of the left’s biggest schemes.”
With this landmark case, the Left’s efforts to silence Conservatives, We the People has been deterred.
Keep in mind, however, this was merely one battle Conservatism has won. The war over our God-given rights—as outlined in The Bill of Rights—rages on.
God speed to Conservatism.
