Body Cam Of The Paul Pelosi Attack Doesn’t Exactly Support The Official Story

Police released body cam footage of the Paul Pelosi attack but it paints a different picture of the attack than has been characterized by the media. Supposedly, crazy guy, David DePape, broke into the Pelosi house and kidnapped Paul, but the video shows a seemingly cozy relationship between the two and a guy who isn’t all that concerned for his safety.

Let’s jump right into this:

The police knock on the door and Paul opens it for them. He is holding a hammer with DePape and greets the officers very casually. If he was scared out of his mind, he would have screamed “help” or ran to the officers to get away from his violent kidnapper. Instead, he backed up with DePape and continued to play with the hammer.

Reportedly, Paul had been able to use the bathroom, where he made a 911 call in which he referred to DePape as a “friend.” The video clearly shows Paul with someone he didn’t exactly fear. Also, why doesn’t Paul have any pants on? If he was able to use the bathroom and make a call, surely he could have thrown on some pants.

Depape assures the officers that “everything is good” and Paul did not dispute that claim. It also sounds as if he says “hi” to the cops. Again, if Paul felt his life was in danger because of DePape, he would have expressed that in some kind of way.

One of the officers commands them both to drop the hammer, which prompted DePape to easily take the tool away from Paul and whack him on the head with it. It’s pretty obvious that DePape is much stronger than frail old Paul, so why hadn’t he taken the hammer away from him before that?

Another thing that seems puzzling is that DePape allegedly broken into the Pelosi home with the intent of kidnapping Paul until Nancy returned, so he could make her tell the truth. At the point that the police knocked on the door, DePape must have figured out that Paul had called them and that he was in trouble. Why did he let Paul open the door and then stand there casually with him, instead of attacking while the cops were still on the outside?

I’m not trying to suggest that the attack was fake or overstated, as it was obviously very brutal. When Paul is on the ground, there’s a weird sound of almost like snoring combined with wheezing. It’s unclear if both of those noises are coming from Paul, or maybe DePape is contributing.

The point is, this video doesn’t clear anything up. It doesn’t show a kidnap victim scared for his life and raises more questions than it answers. Why wasn’t Paul terrified? Why didn’t he run into the safety of the police officers? What is the true relationship between Paul Pelosi and David DePape? Why wasn’t Paul wearing any pants?

The one thing this video does prove is that David DePape isn’t some right-wing MAGA extremist, like the media tried to portray him as. He’s a smelly leftist hippy.
