This week’s grand WTF? is that the best way to get invited to the White House is, be black and get shot while trying to enter an elderly white man’s house. Here’s some other dubious WTF? that should earn a Joe Biden invite:

Springfield man charged with demanding meat at gunpoint
On April 18, Republic Police Department officers were called to a Price Cutter to respond to a call about a robbery in which a man held an employee at gunpoint so that he would be served meat.
Larry Gene Gay, 70, of Springfield, is charged with one felony count of unlawful use of a weapon and a felony count of armed criminal action.
Court documents show that officers responded to the scene and ordered Gay to get out of his truck so they could arrest him. After he was taken into custody, an officer removed a loaded semi-automatic pistol with a bullet in the chamber from Gay’s hip holster.
In an interview, Gay said he went to Price Cutter to buy steaks. He told the “good man” who was helping him that they needed to weigh the steaks. However, the meat department was closed. Gay said at that point, he showed his gun “Just to say I’m not stealing. I need you here to help me to get a couple of these steaks. I’m not going to hurt you.”
The officer asked Gay why he thought the people in the store called police and told them he was threatening them with his gun.
“I don’t know,” Gay said in the interview. “I have no idea.”
The employee said he received a call from the meat department about a man packing his own meat. The employee approached Gay and told him that he could not be there. Gay got upset and said he was going to keep doing what he was doing. The employee said he was not going to help him with the meat.
“Once he held the gun to my throat — pushed it into my throat — I decided to comply,” the employee told police.
Is it strange that a guy named Gay was so desperate to get his hands on some meat?

Men admit removing penis and nipple of man who accused of broadcasting ‘eunuch’ clips
Two men who appeared in court have admitted to removing the penis and nipple of a man accused of carrying out castrations and sharing the footage on the ‘eunuch maker’ website. Shower of the Week
A law group is ‘demanding actions and answers’ from a Wisconsin high school after a transgender student allegedly ‘exposed their male genitalia’ to four freshmen girls in the locker room showers after a swim class.
The Wisconsin Institute for Law & Liberty (WILL) claimed Sun Prairie Area School District provided an ‘inadequate response’ to the alleged incident in March.
It said Sun Prairie East High School administrators ‘failed to comply with basic protections afforded by federal law’ following a ‘violation of girls’ locker room privacy’.
‘The girls were caught off guard and shocked, closed their eyes, and tried to hurry up and leave the showers as quickly as possible,’ the complaint said.
The complaint claims that on March 3, ‘four freshman girls participated in a swim unit as part of their first-hour physical-education class. After the lesson, the girls entered the women’s ’ athletic locker room to shower and change for class.’
As they began to shower in their swimsuits, an 18-year-old student, who ‘identifies as transgender’ entered the shower and said ‘I’m trans, by the way’.
The student then allegedly undressed and ‘exposed male genitalia to the four girls in the shower.’
Speaking to Wisconsin Right Now, Deputy Counsel Dan Lennington said that the girls were 14 years old.
‘These are 14 year old girls, this is an 18 year old male. We have multiple sources saying this male is 18. The school district has not denied he was 18 when this happened’.
There’s a 100% chance Biden invites this dude to the White House.

Chesco Stepdad Who Watched Porn, Masturbated While Driving Daughter Gets Prison Time
Joseph Schell, a 44-year-old Phoenixville resident, was previously convicted of indecent exposure, endangering the welfare of children, and corruption of minors in January, said District Attorney Deb Ryan in a release.
The investigation began in March 2021, when Uwchlan Township police were alerted to potential abuse, the DA said. The 16-year-old victim told detectives that in 2020, while driving her to work, Schnell would “often masturbate while driving his car” while watching pornography.
She also said that her stepdad would “engage in sexual acts” and use drugs in front of her and her siblings, per the release.
While the abuses occurred, Schnell, the victim, the victim’s mother, and other siblings were living in hotels across Chester and Montgomery Counties, authorities wrote.
When Schnell would begin to “engage in sexual acts,” the victim told investigators she and her siblings would hide in the bathroom to avoid him.
He was sentenced to a prison term of 27 months to five years.
“Schell subjected the victim to disgusting criminal acts,” DA Ryan wrote. “He violated his duty of care to her and forced her to witness behavior that no child should see, especially from an adult.”
What the hell was mom doing when this was going on?

UW professor ticketed for exposing breasts to student
A UW-Madison art professor has been cited with disorderly conduct for exposing her breasts last month to a student to make a point about safety around art studio tools and chemicals, UW-Madison police said Friday.
Lisa Gralnick is listed on the university’s website as a professor of art metal within the Art Department. Police say their investigation showed that “there was a disagreement between the student and the professor about the student’s attire,” spokesperson Marc Lovicott said.
Gralnick “told UWPD officers that she was upset about the student’s attire because it was not appropriate due to the tools and chemicals in the space and wanted to prove a point,” he said.
The student reported the incident on March 28, Lovicott said. He declined to provide the student’s gender or biological sex, but the victim listed on Gralnick’s disorderly conduct ticket is described as a 30-year-old female.
UW-Madison spokesperson John Lucas said the university is reviewing the incident and “has removed the faculty member from their teaching duties and has restricted their access to their art studio to limit interactions with students.”
I don’t know art, but I know what I don’t like.

Cruiser of the Week
Celebrity Cruises kept a passenger’s dead body in a drinks cooler for 6 days and let it rot
An elderly man’s corpse was left to rot for six days in a drinks cooler onboard a cruise ship after he died on board, according to a civil lawsuit against Celebrity Cruises.
In a complaint filed in Florida federal court on Wednesday, the family of the Robert Jones, who was 78, accuses the cruise line of improperly storing his body after death, resulting in its decomposition.
The lawsuit accuses Celebrity of concealing the fact that it didn’t have a working morgue on board, and discouraging Jones’s wife from taking her husband’s body to be processed in Puerto Rico.
The body was found by a funeral worker lying in a bag on the cooler floor, the complaint said.
The lawsuit said that Jones died of a heart attack on board the Celebrity Equinox in the summer of 2022.
Cruise ships are legally required to have morgues because deaths onboard are so common. They can store bodies for weeks without decomposition.
However, per the complaint, the morgue was out of action, and Jones’s body was instead put in a drinks cooler that wasn’t cold enough to refrigerate a body.
The drinks probably weren’t that good either.

Kenosha man accused of firing rounds inside apartment complex while drunk, high
A 60-year-old Kenosha man is facing charges after allegedly shooting a firearm while drunk and high on illegal substances in an apartment complex early Thursday morning.
Gerald R. Rivest, 60, was charged Friday in Kenosha County Circuit Court with three felony counts of first-degree recklessly endangering safety with a dangerous weapon, felony battery or threat to a law enforcement officer with a dangerous weapon, felony failure to comply with an officer and misdemeanor operating a firearm while intoxicated.
Around 12:50 a.m. Thursday Kenosha Police officers were dispatched to the 1600 block of 60th Avenue for a report of shots fired in an apartment building after someone called 911 to report her neighbor, who was reportedly identified as Rivest, was yelling and screaming inside his apartment and it appeared there were bullet strikes.
Officers, according to the criminal complaint, arrived at the location and observed bullet holes through drywall inside the complex.
Officers reportedly approached Rivest’s unit and announced themselves as police officers. Rivest, the lone occupant of his unit, reportedly began yelling and making threats to shoot officers if they were to enter the apartment.
Officers then heard movement inside the unit and Rivest slowly began to exit the residence. Rivest was taken into custody at gunpoint after about 10 minutes and Rivest was removed from the apartment building.
After being placed in a squad car Rivest reportedly began talking about the incident and said without prompting that he had fired his gun. Rivest also admitted to drinking, according to the complaint, and smoking marijuana and consuming cocaine.
Rivest also reportedly said he purchased a Glock pistol about three months ago and was planning to use the firearm on himself. Rivest reportedly added he fired the gun out of the window instead, which made him curious what it would be like against the wall, and so he fired his gun into the wall of the apartment.
He was so wasted, his face got pixilated.

Buttigieg wants to spend $20 million on female crash dummies
Despite stubbornly high inflation and a looming debt ceiling crisis, Transportation Secretary Pete Buttigieg is asking Congress for $20 million in his department’s proposed fiscal year 2024 budget — to develop female crash test dummies.
Specifically, dummies representing “small-sized adult females,” according to the DOT’s pitch for its “cutting-edge safety and accessibility research initiatives.”
The project already has some support in Congress.
When Buttigieg appeared before a House Appropriations subcommittee Thursday to discuss his budget ask, Rep. Rosa DeLauro (D-Conn.) commended him for “including the critical funding that would accelerate the development” of the distaff dummies.
“This will start to fight the gender inequity among vehicle safety and crash victims,” said DeLauro, making sure that everyone knew that “this is an area I’ve written to you about.”
The dummy idea represents yet another equity-focused Biden administration initiative funded with taxpayer dollars.
Democrats can’t even define what a woman is, plus Buttigieg is already a female crash-test dummy.

Pensioner killed by a flying cow that was hit by a train and flung 100ft while urinating on tracks
A pensioner who was caught short and urinated on train tracks was killed in a freak accident as he was hit by a flying cow.
82-year-old Shivdayal Sharma died instantly on Wednesday after an express train hit the cows, launching one 100ft into the air before parts of it landed on him 30 metres away.
A second person standing near the pensioner as he relieved himself narrowly escaped being struck by the projectile animal, reports say.
Sharma retired from his post as an electrician in the Indian Railways 23-years-ago.
The bizarre incident happened in Alwar, Rajasthan, India, where cows had wandered onto nearby train tracks in an area where trains can reach speeds of up to 100mph.
The accident has triggered many to call for better safety regulations along the route.
When tweeted about by India News on Thursday, the post gained over 309k views with commenters largely commenting about the lack of safety.
One said: “How about putting a fence around high speed train tracks?”
Another seemed to think the fences weren’t the only amenity missing: “Developing trains and tracks a good decision but provide toilets to the public is also a necessity.”
Others tried to see the funny side with one saying: “Be safe, don’t pee on tracks.”
Animal lovers seemed more worried about the cow, with another user saying: “Just one question : is the cow ok? It says it fell on man and killed him but nothing about the life status of the cow.”
Now you know why cows are sacred in India.
