ATF Director GRILLED Over Rule Forcing Americans to Register Stabilizing Braces or Become Felons [VIDEO]

The ATF Director was grilled Wednesday over the new rule forcing Americans to register stabilizing braces for pistols, or else we become felons.

This from therightscoop.com.

Rep. Thomas Massie went after ATF Director Steve Dettelbach for this new rule that has a maximum of ten years for a violation.

NOTE: The ATF does not have the authority to do what they are calling a “rule” and attempting to do. Over 100 related lawsuits have been filed across the country. The dutiful minions of the communist/globalist regime are, however, doing what they do best—hindering the lives of We the People until they are forced to cease by the Court’s enforcement of Constitutional Law.

Below is this, another example of government run amok and unable to provide sound rational for their capricious and arbitrary actions. In actuality, however, the truth is this is another element of the Leftist gun grab initiative, plain and simple.

This rule is absolutely offensive. It requires that We the People register our stabilizing braces by the end of May or else we become felons.

Without Congressional involvement and contrary to the sensibilities

of all Americans, The Regime took something legal and made it illegal.

This establishment of a rule will adversely affect millions of Americans.

But the real motivation behind this rule is to create a backdoor way of forcing Americans to register our firearms so the federal government knows we have them.

It is also a way to turn more voting Americans (likely Republicans) into felons so we lose our ability to vote. Yes, this is disgusting.

Dettelbach knows surprisingly little about this rule but does clarify that the maximum prison sentence is 10 years for owning a piece of plastic that helps stabilize a pistol.

He also claims if We the People simply keep the stabilizing braces detached from our pistols, we will then be in compliance with the rule.

Final thoughts: To detach or not to detach? That is the question. Gone are the days when an understanding prosecutor and an understanding judge would hear rationale and make intelligent decisions.
