It is a longstanding tradition for winning sports teams to be invited to the White House.
Once upon a time, that was a great honor for young athletes. They would participate in a ceremony where the president congratulated them. And the team would give the POTUS a jersey or some similar keepsake.

But does anyone want to put up with the pointless, empty ceremonies conducted by this illegitimate regime?
One women’s college basketball team was shocked when Jill Biden wanted to invite the losers to the ceremony. No kidding!
It seems this White House is using these events to promote an “inclusive” agenda. Joe Biden just invited the Georgia Bulldogs for their having won the national championship—the second year in a row, by the way.
Instead of standing around, listening to this old man drone on, they declined.

The Georgia Bulldogs once again will not be coming to the White House to celebrate a national championship. The team announced Tuesday that they are declining…Joe Biden’s invitation to attend “College Athlete Day” scheduled for June 12.
… ”Unfortunately, the date suggested is not feasible given the student-athlete calendar and time of year. However, we are appreciative of the invitation and look forward to other opportunities for Georgia teams moving forward.”
No self-respecting athlete would want to go put up with Joe Biden—especially a Georgia Bulldog. The school claimed the event created a conflict with the “student-athlete calendar.” But we know the truth. Why would any school turn down the opportunity to meet the president, over a scheduling conflict?
You make time to see the president. That is, of course, if it is a real president.
Joe Biden cannot be called a real president, since he comes off like a senile old puppet that does whatever the radical left tells him to do—not to mention the stolen election.
Biden has betrayed the American people again and again, putting the interests of foreign nations ahead of us.
He’s left the border open, creating a national crisis that is jeopardizing our communities. Does that sound like the kind of president Georgia Bulldogs want to meet?
But, we find it deliciously hilarious that college teams don’t want to meet Joe. When Trump was president, they were lining up to see him and eat all the McDonald’s he bought them. What was Joe going to feed these hungry college students? Probably quinoa, care of his nagging wife.
Final thought: I imagine after the Dawgs three-peat next year they will accept the White House invitation from President Trump. That is, Patriots, if we can begin cleaning up this mess by then.
