When Louisiana Republican Senator John Kennedy has something to say, he not only says it, but he says it in a style of his own. The straight-taking Louisianian goes bottom-line as only he can.
On Wednesday, he blasted FBI Director Christopher Wray and Attorney General Merrick Garland over their silence on bribery allegations against Joe Biden.
Kennedy first made it clear he does not buy into the call to abolish or defund the FBI or Justice Department:
I think the FBI is the premier law enforcement agency in all of human history, and I’m not going to vote to abolish them or defund them. But you don’t have to be Euclid to know that over the past five years, there have been people at the FBI and at the Justice Department who have acted on their political beliefs.
Kennedy pointed to the FBI’s hypocrisy, stretching back to the beginning of the Trump presidency.
The FBI Director Comey investigated President Trump on evidence that the Hillary Clinton campaign gave to him. It was inevitable in light of President Trump’s prosecution that the issue of selective prosecution was going to be raised. What about Secretary Clinton’s e-mails, for example?
Other examples abound, as well. But in a relative aside, there once was a day—not long ago—when the ominous-sounding term “deep state” seemed to echo the fictitiousness of a crime novel or perhaps even science fiction.
This, however, was before Trump won the 2016 presidency—and particularly, since he and Melania came down the golden escalator at Trump Tower to announce his candidacy. That was June 16, 2015—eight years ago, today.
And throughout these past eight years, the fact that the Deep State exists has continued to become ever so clearer as it, in fact, has grown ever bolder, more brazen, and even dangerously reckless—some would say a dangerousness that combines the crimes of homicide and suicide with a heavy dose of genocide.
Kennedy continued:
Now Senator Grassley, who has a great deal of credibility, has received a document from a whistleblower inside the FBI based on a trusted informant that says President Biden has been bribed and that the people that bribed him have tapes. Now, I don’t know if all of that is true or not, but we’re entitled to see that document.
First, the FBI said, well, we can’t even tell you that it exists. And then they said, you can see it, but it has to be redacted. They won’t tell us whether they’ve even investigated the allegations.
The only people who can fix this are the head of the FBI and the attorney general. So the American people understandably have doubts and only Chris Wray and the attorney general can address those doubts. And you can’t find either one of them with a search party, and they just won’t answer.
The straight-talking Louisianan summed it up in perfect John Kennedy fashion:
I believe there’s a perception out there among the American people, there’s certainly a perception of that on Congress, and only the attorney general can address that. And Dog the Bounty Hunter couldn’t find the attorney general right now. He refuses to talk about it. So does the FBI director.
These are all fair questions. They’re not going away. For the integrity of the FBI as an institution and the Department of Justice, the two heads need to look the American people in the eye in front of God and country and tell them the truth. And until that happens, this isn’t going away.
And, Def-Con News readers, what do you think the odds are that neither weasel—Merrick Garland nor Christopher Wray—will do anything of the kind?
As for the seriousness of the Biden bribery scandal, as reported on Tuesday, House Oversight Committee Chairman James Comer (R-KY) laid out four key details about the committee’s investigation into the claim that then-Vice President Joe Biden and his crackhead son Hunter Biden each received $5 million to serve the interests of Burisma.
First, Democrats are peddling conspiracy theories and alleging the FD-1023 record is based on secondhand hearsay.
Second, Democrats claim that the record is part of the documents Rudy Giuliani provided the FBI in January 2020. That’s not true.
Third, the FD-1023 was generated by the FBI in June 2020 based on other FBI records dating back to 2017.
And last, let’s be very clear: The allegations in the record are not closed.
Burisma is a holding company for a group of energy exploration and production companies based in Kyiv, Ukraine. Ukraine, of all places. Imagine that.
As Senator Kennedy might say, you don’t have to be Euclid to connect the dots here.
Thank you, Senator Kennedy for reminding We the People of the Biden Crime Family treason and for entertaining us as only you can.
