A court in Spain has launched an investigation into a 40-year-old man accused of kidnapping and subjecting a 28-year-old man to a humiliating ordeal, as details emerged of his wife’s infidelity.
The accused allegedly coerced the victim into undressing and took explicit photographs, all while wielding an axe.
The shocking incident came to light after the accused discovered his wife’s affair in March, triggering a series of threats and confrontations.
The suspect reportedly made repeated death threats to the victim over the phone before arranging a face-to-face meeting. The two individuals then journeyed to a remote residence in the town of La Villajoyosa, Alicante, Spain,
Once there, the alleged attacker reportedly forced the victim to admit to the extramarital encounters, using an axe. Yelling at him not to lie, the accused claimed to have obtained evidence of the affair through wiretapping both parties’ phones.
Using the axe as a means of intimidation, the suspect allegedly forced the victim to remove all his clothing, subjecting him to mocking insults regarding his “very small penis”.
The accused further berated the victim for his weight and questioned his wife’s choice in being with him.
The situation escalated as the accused, taking advantage of the victim’s panic-stricken state, took a series of degrading photographs, some using the victim’s own mobile phone. Witnesses report that the accused even callously remarked: “This one as a souvenir.”
Not content with the initial ordeal, the accused contacted the victim again a few days later, demanding the removal of alleged spyware from the victim’s smartphone. A second meeting ensued, characterised by heightened violence and aggression.
If someone threatens to kill you and then wants to meet at a secluded location, the correct answer is “no.”

Pantsless Florida man, 71, caught spying on neighbor through her bathroom window
A naked Florida man was arrested this week after he was caught spying on his neighbor through her bathroom window — an act he admitted had become a creepy habit.
Pinellas County deputies were lying in wait when a pantsless David Lee Henning, 71, allegedly snuck up to his victim’s Seminole home just after 5 a.m. Wednesday to secretly watch her get ready for work.
Bodycam footage showed the moment officers pounced on the accused pervert, whose genitals were completely exposed.
“Can I please get dressed?” Henning can be heard asking cops as he was placed into cuffs.
Officers were first alerted to the hair-raising crime on Tuesday, when the victim called police to report a stranger trespassing on her property to spy on her in the mornings.
Henning allegedly snuck into her Gulf Coast yard through an enclosed privacy fence and stationed himself outside her bathroom window.
“When detectives interviewed Henning, he admitted to regularly entering the victim’s yard and watching her through the window because he was curious and sexually motivated to see her naked,” Sergeant Amanda Sinni said.
Arresting officers tackled the peeping Tom to the pavement after catching him in the act, seemingly causing injuries to Henning’s face.
His forehead and browline appeared bloodied in both the bodycam footage and his mug shot.

I grilled steak that looked eerily like Donald Trump: ‘What the hell?’
A Swedish man was shocked when he fired a steak on the grill — and saw former President Trump’s mug staring back at him.
The hunk of meat bears a somewhat uncanny resemblance to Trump’s signature blond bouffant and pouting lips.
“I realized the steak looked like Trump when I put it on the grill and started seasoning it with pepper,” Sten Flygare told Kennedy News and Media.
“It was looking at me, and I thought, ‘What the hell? It’s Trump.’”
The dad bought the steak from the supermarket ICA for a barbecue he hosted on his terrace in July.
Flygare maintained that he didn’t do anything to make the steak look like Trump, 77 — when he took it out of the packaging, it was like the 45th president had taken a steakcation to Sweden.
“The shape of the face, the small mouth and not least, the white fat that forms the hairstyle — everything made it look like him,” Flygare insisted.
“The orange paprika and olive oil dressing made it look like Trump’s skin too,” he added.
Following his unmisteakable discovery, Flygare snapped a pic with his phone.
He sent it to his sons, who had a cow.
In the end, Flygare and his guests ended up eating the steak, enjoying a piece of the former prez.

Stoner sentenced for drunk tractor ride
A 27-year-old man pleaded guilty to joyriding and vandalism after reportedly operating a tractor that did not belong to him and damaging the owner’s soybean field.

According to the warrant, on May 21 Rickey Ray Stoner Jr. was operating a tractor on Jacksboro Rd. without the consent or knowledge of the owner. Deputy Daniel Jefferson was dispatched to this location and observed a red tractor in a field. When he got closer, he noticed the tractor had been driven approximately 300 yards through the planted soybean field and was now stuck in the field.
Deputy Jefferson observed a male later identified as Stoner in the operator’s seat attempting to get the tractor unstuck. According to the warrant, when Deputy Jefferson attempted to detain Stoner, he pulled away from his grasp and attempted to flee the scene.
Once Stoner was detained, Deputy Jefferson could smell a “strong odor of intoxicant commonly associated with an alcoholic beverage.” He also observed that Stoner’s eyes were glossy and bloodshot. Stoner then reportedly admitted to the deputy that he had consumed a “six pack.”
Deputy Jefferson was later informed by the property owner that after an inspection of the property, there was damage to the grain auger, the front wheel of the tractor was destroyed and there was damage to the field and the crops. Stoner was charged with vandalism, joyriding, resisting stop and public intoxication.
With a name like that, you’d think he would have been high.

The Pueblo Police Department is asking the public to help them identify a person who allegedly exposed their genitals to zoo visitors on Friday afternoon.
At about 1:26 p.m., the police department got a call from someone claiming that a person exposed their genitals, attempted to fight zoo patrons, and used vulgar language at Pueblo Zoo.
Limited information related to the situation has been released.
Anyone who has information on the incident or who can identify the suspect is asked to contact the Pueblo Police Department…

Makyyla Holland, a 25-year-old black transgender woman, accused correctional officers at the Broome County Jail of abuse and discrimination after being arrested on criminal contempt and assault charges.
She was held in an all-male jail during two stints totaling six weeks in 2021, and claims she was physically attacked during the intake process on January 22, suffering a broken tooth and painful lump on her head.
Holland says she was assigned to the men’s unit and put into an isolated cell with glass walls. She was denied access to a shower throughout her time which ended February 5, 2021, according to court documents.
Despite disclosing her transgender status multiple times, she says she was placed within men’s housing units and misgendered – referred to as a man.
She alleged she was denied hormone replacement therapy medications for four weeks and wasn’t given her prescribed testosterone blockers or antidepressants.
‘I was harassed, mocked, misgendered and worse: jail staff strip-searched me, beat me up, placed me in the male section of the jail and withheld my hormones for a period of time, forcing me to go into agonizing withdrawal,’ said Holland via the New York Civil Liberties Union.
‘I just felt I was a laughing stock there I was being discriminated because of me being a trans woman. That put me at a high risk of harassment. I had to adapt to what the jail put me through.’
Holland filed a lawsuit in 2021, claiming she was ‘routinely harassed and misgendered’, and that pleas ‘for help and for protection from the the threats and sexual victimization to which they had exposed her’ were ignored.
Following the landmark settlement, which included a payment of $160,000 as well as new LGBTI guidelines for the facility, Holland said she hopes change will come from her experience.
Seems like “her” dick should have gotten the case thrown out of court.

Plumber confesses to killing girlfriend, having sex with corpse before burying it secretly
Kwame Krampah, a plumber in the gripes of law enforcement authorities has confessed to strangling his girlfriend with a nylon rope to death, having sex with her corpse before burying her secretly.
The 38-year-old man, popularly known as Awana is said to be a resident of Kpone Bawaleshie in the Kpone Katamanso Municipality of the Greater Accra Region.
Reports say the deceased, 20-year-old Judith Kpeglo and the suspect were known widely in the neighbourhood to be in a romantic relationship, so when she went missing, it became obvious.
Krampah was contacted when the deceased was being searched for, but he denied knowledge of her whereabouts.
However, prosecutors told the Kaneshie District Court on Wednesday, August 23, 2023, that he killed his lover on July 11 when she had gone to see him in his room.
Joyce Agbo, the mother of the deceased and the complainant in the case, informed the police on July 17, 2023, about her missing daughter.
Chief Inspector Margaret Boadi told the court that police acted on the complaint and arrested Krampah as a suspect.
She disclosed that during questioning, the suspect admitted to killing the young woman in the late afternoon of the fateful day and disposed of her body in a nearby bush that evening. He then took investigators to the scene before the officers secured a court order to exhume the corpse, which was later placed in the mortuary of the Police Hospital for preservation and autopsy.

OPD arrests siblings accused of incest, battery, exhibition to children
Siblings from Ocala were arrested after officers say the brother and sister had sex in front of children.
Jail records show Leonard Tober, 34, and Samantha Tober, 32, are both charged with six counts of incest and lewd or lascivious exhibition. Samantha Tober is also charged with sexual battery on a child younger than 12.
Officers say the investigation began when the department received a report accusing Samantha Tober of sending nude images of a 7-year-old child, sexually abusing a child verbally, and having sex with her brother.
Detectives searched her phone and determined the nude images were child erotica, not sexual abuse material. They did find multiple videos of Samantha engaging in sex with Leonard Tober, her brother.
During an interview with the siblings, officers say they determined children witnessed incest. Additional evidence revealed that Samantha Tober had committed a sex crime on a child.
Both were booked into the Marion County Jail on Monday. Leonard Tober’s bond was set at $150,000. No bond was set for Samantha Tober.
Most kids just have a clown or a pony at their birthday party.
