The walls are closing in on Hunter Biden’s criminal career and his strategy is to sue his way out of trouble. He’s suing the computer shop owner who gave his laptop to the FBI, he’s suing some rando who published material from that laptop, and now he’s suing the IRS for violating his right as a taxpayer even though he doesn’t pay his taxes.
The Hill reports:
Hunter Biden launched a suit against the IRS on Monday, arguing that two agents wrongfully released his tax information as they spoke with congressional investigators about a Justice Department investigation into his taxes.
The suit points to testimony from two IRS agents that worked on the broader Justice Department probe, Gary Shapley and Joseph Ziegler, who alleged the Biden investigation was slow-walked by prosecutors.
The two men spoke with the House Ways and Means Committee earlier this summer and also testified before the House Oversight and Accountability Committee in July.
The thrust of the lawsuit is Hunter’s claim that the whistleblowers weren’t really whistleblowers and therefore had no right to disclose his tax information to a Congressional committee of which they had been subpoenaed. As dumb as that sounds, it actually gets super-stupid with this:
“These agents’ putative ‘whistleblower’ status cannot and does not shield them from their wrongful conduct in making unauthorized public disclosures that are not permitted by the whistleblower process. In fact, a ‘whistleblower’ is supposed to uncover government misconduct, not the details of that employee’s opinion about the alleged wrongdoing of a private person,” reads the lawsuit.
Under normal circumstances, this may be true, but Hunter Biden is anything but normal. His father is the illegitimate president of the United States, and directly controls the Justice Department and the IRS. These whistleblowers were uncovering government misconduct because they provided direct evidence that Joe Biden’s IRS and FBI were not only slow-walking the investigation into his crackhead son, but also suppressing it.
The irony, or stupidity, is that all of these frivolous lawsuits are bound to open up another investigation, because it’s not clear who is paying his legal fees. Lawyers don’t work for free and Hunter Biden is unemployed with no visible means of financial support. It’s likely the IRS will want to know how he can afford top legal representation, when he doesn’t have or earn any money, as well as not filing any tax returns.
So the plan appears to be, attack the witnesses with lawsuits, so here a few more we can expect in the near future:
Hunter will sue Apple for making the Mac Book and iPad that contain all of the evidence of his criminal enterprise.
He will sue Burisma and the CCP for giving him money so he would grant them access to his corrupt father.
He will sue Porsche for making a car that can go 175 mph, while he is smoking crack.
He will sue his drug dealer for selling him crack that made him such a f*ckup in the first place.
This all seems like wasted effort, because his daddy is going to pardon him and find ways to make all of his crimes go away.
