Another Biden hack U.S. Attorney, Matthew Graves, made clear Friday they are going to start prosecuting people who did not enter the Capitol building at all, but did enter restricted areas outside the Capitol.

Graves said in his speech that up until now they’ve focused their ‘prosecutorial discretion’ primarily on those who entered the Capitol building or committed violent acts on Capitol grounds.
But he suggests there were thousands who occupied a restricted area without authorization and they have committed a federal crime:

The Regime is trying to make this election cycle a referendum on January 6th to keep Trump out of office, following his win of the primary.
They are already doing this in the court system and now they are going to prosecute more and more people to give the colluding mass propaganda media something else to talk about concerning January 6th—the false “attack on democracy.”
Making Trump supporters pay dearly for ever supporting President Trump is their goal. How they are stopped— whether The Supremes or The Military become involved—remains to be seen.
