Obama Judge Delivers Appropriate Illegal-Aliens Ruling—Drops the Gavel on Their ‘Constitutional’ Texas Claim

Illegal immigrants have poured over the United States border by the millions over the last few years. Many have taken advantage of free services from food to housing to medical care all paid by U.S. taxpayers.

This from thepatriotjournal.com.

People might think that is enough to satisfy those who want to come here not to advance their position in life, but to take advantage of others’ goodwill.

Americans are caught in the middle of being

a nation of immigrants and being overrun by freeloaders.

The audacity of illegal immigrants was taken to new heights when some decided to sue the State of Texas on constitutional grounds.

Somehow, they thought illegally slipping across

the border awarded them rights afforded to U.S. citizens.

Reality hit these illegals hard this week. And judgment came from the liberal side of the bench.

From Breitbart:

A federal district court judge, appointed by former President Obama, has thrown out a lawsuit brought by a group of male illegal aliens who claimed Texas Gov. Greg Abbott’s (R) “Operation Lone Star” violated their constitutional rights.

The lawsuit was filed by 15 male illegal aliens who claimed Abbott’s Operation Lone Star violated their rights under the 4th, 6th, and 14th Amendments of the United States Constitution.

Judge Robert Pitman reminded them

why they are not afforded those rights.

Pitman stated:

Because Plaintiffs’ requests for declaratory judgment are moot and because they fail to sufficiently plead that Defendants have violated their constitutional rights, the Court finds that it must dismiss this case.

Plaintiffs have not provided the Court with facts regarding how the individual or supervisory powers and actions of Defendants have deprived Plaintiffs of their constitutional rights.

In plain English, they being illegal aliens are not able to claim the same rights as U.S. citizens. Abbot was backed in an amicus brief filed by the Immigration Reform Law Institute (IRLI). The filing argued that the illegal aliens’ detention due to Operation Lone Star was not in violation of the Constitution.

IRLI Executive Director Dale Wilcox said:

If the plaintiffs were right in their claims, not only would illegal aliens have free rein to enter and remain in Texas and the U.S., but free rein to commit crimes without consequence.

We are pleased the court saw the legal baselessness of this suit and dismissed it.

Operation Lone Star authorized the Texas Department of Public Safety (DPS) to work with the Texas National Guard to combat the surge of illegal aliens more effectively.

Launched in March 2021, the operation also targeted Mexican drug cartels and drugs these violent criminal organizations smuggle across the southern border.
