Trump Slammed Biden for Commuting Federal Death Sentences

President-elect Donald Trump on Tuesday vowed to overturn the latest controversial move by outgoing lame-duck Dementia Joe.

Biden on Monday commuted all but 3 of 40 federal death penalty sentences to life in prison, drawing nationwide outrage from victims-rights advocates.

This from libertynation.com.

Trump noted in a Truth Social post:

Joe Biden just commuted the death sentence on 37 of the worst killers in our country.

Further:

When you hear the acts of each, you won’t believe that he did this. Makes no sense. Relatives and friends are further devastated.

And:

They can’t believe this is happening!

In a follow-up post, Trump promised to quickly reverse course:

As soon as I am inaugurated, I will direct the Justice Department to vigorously pursue the death penalty to protect American families and children from violent rapists, murderers, and monsters.

Further:

We will be a nation of law and order again.

Also, the White House announced early in the morning of Thursday, December 12, Joe Biden commuted almost 1,500 jail sentences and granted 39 pardons. The commuted sentences, as reported:

[W]ere for prisoners who had been released to finish their sentences at home during the COVID-19 pandemic who have successfully reintegrated into their families and communities.

According to the announcement:

[T]he 39 pardons were all for non-violent crimes.

Let us not forget, recently the Obiden Regime also freed a gaggle of convicted criminals who scammed over 1 million victims of $5 billion:

The single greatest mass jailbreak of charlatans in history.

The White House claimed:

[Biden] has issued more sentence commutations at this point…than any of his recent predecessors at the same point.

This massive clemency action follows Dementia Joe’s pardon of his derelict son, Hunter Biden, for felony gun and tax charges, and it marks the largest single day of clemency in modern history.

Biden said he would continue to review clemency petitions in the coming weeks, so more executive action may follow. Before this episode of “good will,” Barack Hussein Obama held the record with 330 grants of clemency in a single day shortly before leaving office in 2017.

Final thought: Think Fifth Amendment. One or more of those pardoned may be required to testify. Dementia Joe may have cooked his own goose.
