Vance also spoke about ending the Ukraine-Russia War. He told the European crowd that there are certainly military tools and economic tools the West could use to pressure Vladimir Putin from reengaging Russian military operations in Ukraine.
A day earlier, U.S. Defense Secretary Pete Hegseth declared there would be no US troops in Ukraine.
These latest statements by U.S. leaders were horrible news for Ukrainian’s little tyrant, Volodymyr Zelenskyy.
