Top Terrorist Behind Abbey Gate Bombing That Killed 13 U.S. Servicemen Extradited and Now in FBI Custody

The top terrorist responsible for the tragic Abbey Gate bombing—an attack that took the lives of 13 brave U.S. service members during the Obiden disastrous withdrawal from Afghanistan—has been apprehended and is now in FBI custody on American soil.

This from thegatewaypundit.com.

Speaking to a packed chamber, President Trump addressed the nation on Tuesday night:

America is once again standing strong against the forces of radical Islamic terrorism. Three and a half years ago, ISIS terrorists killed 13 American service members and countless others. In the Abbey Gate bombing during the disastrous and incompetent withdrawal from Afghanistan. Not that they were withdrawing, it was the way they withdrew. Perhaps the most embarrassing moment in the history of our country.

Tonight, I am pleased to announce that we have just apprehended the top terrorist responsible for that atrocity. And he is right now on his way here to face the swift sword of American justice. And I want to thank, especially the government of Pakistan for helping arrest this monster.

This was a very momentous day for those 13 families who I actually got to know very well, most of them whose children were murdered and the many people that were so badly, over 42 people so badly injured on that fateful day in Afghanistan. What a horrible day.

Such incompetence was shown that when Putin saw what happened, I guess he said, well, maybe this is my chance. That’s how bad it was. Should have never happened. Grossly incompetent people.

Shortly after President Trump’s announcement, FBI Director Kash Patel confirmed the operation and praised the agencies involved in bringing the terrorist—identified as Mohammad Sharifullah, also known as “Jafar”—to justice:

As President Trump just announced, I can report that tonight the FBI, DOJ, and CIA have extradited one of the terrorists responsible for the murder of the 13 American soldiers at Abbey Gate during the disastrous Afghanistan withdrawal. One step closer to justice for these American heroes and their families.

In a separate post, Patel praised the Trump administration officials who had fought tirelessly to hold terrorists accountable, including Attorney General Pam Bondi and Director of the Central Intelligence Agency John Ratcliffe:

That time you delivered the sword of justice for the American people—thank you for your incredible leadership AG Pam Bondi and John Ratcliffe. So proud of the men and women of the FBI, DOJ, and CIA.
