On Easter Sunday Muslim terrorists killed nearly 300 people in Sri Lanka with a series of bombs planted at churches and hotels. A militant Islamic group has been blamed for the attack and 24 suspects are in custody. The perpetrators of this cowardly act of terrorism were Muslims and the victims were Christians, but you’d never know that by statements from prominent democrats. They can’t bring themselves to blame Islam or even name the victims as Christians.
Obviously the overlords of liberalism sent out a memo instructing their minions to downplay the Muslim thing and whatever they do, don’t mention that the victims were Christians. Notice anything weird about these tweets?

Oh, so the victims weren’t Christinas, they were “Easter Worshippers.” What, like they are in some kind of bunny cult? I’m pretty sure Beto O’Rourke dresses up in bunny costumes, but these victims were worshippers of Christ, which is another way of saying they were Christians.
Amazingly enough, or not, other democrats got the memo too:

The thing is, Hillary knows what to call victims when they are Muslim as evidenced by this tweet about the New Zealand mosque shootings.

Liberals will do anything to deflect the blame of Islamic terrorism from the Muslims who committed it, as they have a narrative that says “Islam is the religion of peace.” That’s true if you ignore all of the terrorism and killing they do. They don’t sound so bad when a terrorist attack is classified as “workplace violence” or a “homophobic mass shooting.”
It’s also makes Muslims look good if you don’t draw attention to the victims of their radical Islamic attacks, as the democrats are doing. It just sounds so much better that they were killing “Easter worshippers” and not Christians. Maybe this wasn’t an attack driven by religious hatred after all and just some guys who like to bomb furries in bunny costumes. Look out, Beta O’Dork!
