Secretary of Defense Pete Hegseth has some advice for the federal judge who is preventing the imminently sensible Defense Department policy based on President Trump’s Executive Order 14183 (Prioritizing Military Excellence and Readiness—The White House) that the military can no longer recruit transgenders and that transgenders are not eligible for retention in the military.

Maybe, mused Hegesth on the X social media platform:
Since ‘Judge’ Reyes is now a top military planner, she/they can report to Fort Benning at 0600 to instruct our Army Rangers on how to execute High Value Target Raids
Further:
…after that, Commander Reyes can dispatch to Fort Bragg to train our Green Berets on counterinsurgency warfare.

Reyes, a Uruguayan lesbian (NTTAWWT), hence Hegseth’s “she/they” comment, was appointed to the bench by Joe Biden in a 51-47 vote. Before her appointment to the bench, she was a leftist activist and partner at the communist/globalist ‘Big Law’ firm of Williams & Connolly.
To say she has been acting as an advocate as well as a judge is an understatement. She has berated the government’s lawyers, asserted that there are more than two sexes, and demanded that Hegseth delete a tweet!
NOTE: Only in a woke America can the undiagnosed mentally ill be appointed to legally preside over a multitude of people who have each been determined to be far more knowledgeable about the subject at hand and far more mentally stable.
3/ During a routine hearing regarding the Admin’s transgender military EO where the only issues were ripeness of the case and ultimate likelihood of success, Judge Reyes took issue with the Admin’s assertion that there were only two sexes, leading to this astounding footnote: pic.twitter.com/LPXpr7KkZ8

She said the policy of the fired former Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff took precedence over that of Hegseth because he’d “only been in office for 30 days.” Apparently, that whole civilian control of the military doesn’t always apply.
Insanity reached new heights when she quoted the musical, “Hamilton,” in an opinion.
Would honestly prefer Berdyaev’s footnote “it was revealed to me in a dream” pic.twitter.com/wXPYHj3XXf

The case seems to be moving to the DC Circuit, where I doubt the Department of Defense will get a fairer hearing than they did from Reyes.
The military has agreed not to separate any transgender troops until at least March 28, while it seeks an emergency appeal of Judge Reyes' order blocking enforcement of Trump's executive order.
The judge has agreed to stay her order with this agreement in place. pic.twitter.com/0apvsX62zb

The bottom line is that no one has an inherent right to serve in the Armed Forces. When the person suffers from a diagnosable mental illness and requires daily infusions of hormones and other drugs as well as surgery at government expense to live their best fantasy life, they should not be allowed near weapons, ammunition, or explosives.
From what We the People have seen of the impact of transgender “women” on women’s athletic teams, not to think they would have a much more deleterious effect while living in close quarters in barracks or deployed into a war-fighting zone must be seen as being moronic at best, and suicidally insane at worst.
Final thoughts: Reyes is compelled to make these uncooked, half-baked decisions about our warfighters because she has never served in the military and will never have to live with the consequences of her wrongheaded actions.
