‘Bum Bashing’ Serial Killer Is A 6-Times Deported Illegal Immigrant

It’s hard to believe this isn’t a bigger story. Actually it’s not because it involves an illegal immigrant who was arrested for beating 3 people to death. For some odd reason this doesn’t fit the liberal media narrative that people who sneak into this country are just trying to make a better life for themselves and their families. As it turns out, this scumbag also may have killed his family so this story is busting liberal narratives left and right.

47-year-old Ramon Escobar was arrested in Los Angeles for murdering and assaulting 7 homeless people. The Santa Monica Mirror reports:

The LAPD is holding Escobar for the murder of two homeless individuals, 59-year-old Kelvin Williams and 24-year-old Brandon Ridout, in Downtown L.A. on September 16 and the death of another homeless man, 39-year-old Steven Cruze Jr., last Thursday under the Santa Monica Pier. Both the Los Angeles Police Department and the Santa Monica Police Department (SMPD) believe Escobar to be responsible for four additional assaults on homeless individuals, one in Downtown L.A. and three in Santa Monica. Two of the Santa Monica victims are in critical condition in comas.

What Ramon allegedly did was beat these homeless people to death, or close to it, with a baseball bat and possibly bolt cutters. Police recovered these weapons from Escobar’s vehicle. They say the motive for these crimes was robbery, which makes this guy a double-lunatic. Who robs the homeless?

Prior to arriving in the Los Angeles area, Escobar was living in Houston with his aunt and uncle. Those two family members went missing and Escobar was questioned by police about their disappearance. He quickly left Texas and his aunt and uncle have yet to be located. So yeah, he probably killed his family members and then came to LA to keep the killing spree going.

Another interesting thing about Escobar’s history is this, from ABC13:

U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement officials said Tuesday night that Escobar was first ordered removed from the United States by a federal immigration judge in February 1988.

He was then removed to El Salvador six times from 1997 to 2011.

According to an ICE statement: “After illegally reentering the U.S. following his most-recent removal Alberto-Escobar filed an appeal of his immigration case with the Board of Immigration Appeals in June 2016, which the courts granted in December 2016. ICE released him from custody on an Order of Supervision in January 2017 pursuant to the court’s decision.”

He was deported 6 times and an immigration judge granted him a stay on a 7th deportation? And they set him free in the United States? Making this worse, Escobar was convicted of burglary and spent 5 years in prison. He was also recently arrested for assault.

To recap: Escobar is a violent convicted felon and illegal immigrant who has been deported 6 times. A sympathetic immigration judge not only thought he had a good claim for asylum but also that he wasn’t a threat to society and released him on his own recognizance. Escobar then murdered 3, and possibly 5, people, while attempting to kill 4 more. You couldn’t demonstrate the system failing any better than this.

ICE has placed another detainer on Escobar, but he was arrested in sanctuary city Los Angeles, which is in the sanctuary state of California. The only way this serial killer illegal immigrant isn’t back on the streets is if Texas can prove he killed his aunt and uncle and extradites him to a place where he will actually face justice.
