The American Civil Liberties Union is anything but and their opposition to Brett Kavanugh is more proof of what a farce they are. The faux civil rights organization has decided that the baseless accusations of sexual misconduct are true and want his nomination withdrawn, which is a big denial of his civil right to due process. Because this is the ACLU we’re talking about, you just know there’s more zaniness in this anti-Kavanaugh campaign. For some reason, they decided to go after him by calling Bill Clinton a rapist. That’ll teach him.
Here’s a fun video the ACLU put together to help assassinate the character of an innocent man whom they disagree with on issues and stuff. As you can see, they’ve committed a million bucks in their effort to infringe on Kavanaugh’s rights and to disrupt a Constitutional process.

In the video the narrator says, “We’ve seen this before. Denials from powerful men.”
Then pictures flash of serial rapist Harvey Weinstein, serial rapist Bill Clinton, and convicted serial rapist Bill Cosby. The idea the ACLU is trying to plant in your brain is that Brett Kavanaugh is the same as these sexual predators. Clearly he is not.
Weinstein, Clinton, and Cosby are all liberals, while Kavanaugh is a conservative. Weinstein, Clinton, and Cosby all have credible accusations of sexual abuse against them, while Kavanaugh does not. Weinstein, Clinton, and Cosby all have legal actions and judgements against them for sexual assault, while no one has even filed a police report against Kavanaugh.
Harvey Weinstein is the disgraced Hollywood movie producer who is accused of raping and sexually harassing dozens of women, something he more or less has admitted to. There are several criminal and civil cases pending against him.
Bill Clinton has been accused of raping and groping dozens of women. This is something he denies, but has settled a lawsuit with one accuser and was disbarred and impeached for lying about his sexual impropriety.
Bill Cosby has been accused of drugging and raping dozens of women. He also denies this, but was convicted on several counts of rape, sentenced to prison, and must register as a sex offender.
Brett Kavanaugh has been accused of inappropriately touching Christine Blasey Ford 36 years ago. Not only does he denies this, he has presented compelling evidence that it never happened, while his accuser can’t even remember basic details like where it happened, when it happened, or how she got there.
There’s a huge difference between Kavanaugh and these liberal democrat sexual predators.
I’m not sure why I find this ACLU video so funny, but I think it’s because I imagine what the meeting that lead to it must have looked like. I’m sure an ACLU bigwig said, “We need to take down Kavanaugh, but there’s absolutely nothing to the accusations against him. How can we spin this?”
At this point I figure some young upstart chimed and said, “What if we call Bill Clinton a rapist?”
The room all nodded in agreement and there was probably even some high-fives as the ACLU chief said, “We got this son-of-a-bitch.”
The ACLU video ends with the words “Integrity matters,” which makes it that much funnier. The ACLU is trying to destroy a man’s life by denying him the Constitutional right of due process and falsely comparing him to the “rapists row” of democrat sexual predators. Maybe integrity means something different to liberals.
