Michael Avenatti Arrested On Felony Domestic Violence Charge

The “Creepy Porn Lawyer” might have to change his name to “Creepy Woman Puncher Lawyer.” I know it doesn’t quite have the same ring, but considering what he’s been accused of, it is appropriate. Michael Avenatti, attorney for porn actress Stormy Daniels, was arrested on Wednesday on a felony domestic violence charge.

TMZ first broke this story. Apparently Avenatti had a woman staying with him and on Tuesday night he kicked her out of his apartment with some sort of domestic violence assault occurring. The woman returned to the apartment on Wednesday and requested that the LAPD accompany her in case there was more violence. It’s not clear if the police showed up or if there was a second assault.

Later on Wednesday, this woman was seen in front of another apartment building in the Century City neighborhood of Los Angeles. She was wearing sunglasses in an attempt to cover her battered and bruised face. She was on the phone, presumably with Avenatti, and was heard saying, “I can’t believe you did this to me. I’m going to get a restraining order against you.”

Security at the apartment came out and escorted the woman back into the building. A couple of minutes later, Avenatti burst into the building screaming, “She hit me first! This is bullshit, this is f*cking bullshit!”

Avenatti tried to get on an elevator, but was stopped by security. About 5 minutes later the LAPD showed up and talked to Avenatti in the lobby. He must have made a good impression because the cops soon took him into custody. Avenatti was booked on a felony charge of domestic violence and the LAPD served him with a restraining order, barring him from any contact with the victim. He posted the $50,000 bail and was back on the street before dinner time.

The woman was initially identified as Avenatti’s ex-wife but that has turned out to be false. It has been confirmed that the the unidentified female victim’s face was swollen and bruised with red marks on both of her cheeks.

As soon as Avenatti bonded out of jail he held a press conference, because of course he did. Fox News reports he denied everything, because, again, of course he did.

“I wish to thank the hard working men and women of the LAPD for their professionalism they were only doing their jobs in light of the completely bogus allegations against me. I have never been physically abusive in my life nor was I last night. Any accusations to the contrary are fabricated and meant to do harm to my reputation. I look forward to being fully exonerated,” said Avenatti.

He could strangle a homeless vet to death and it wouldn’t harm his reputation any further because this guy’s credibility is already in the toilet. Also, if these allegations are so bogus, why did the LAPD arrested him? There has to be at least something to this story.

“I have never struck a woman. I never will strike a woman,” Avenatti said.

According to witnesses he said, “she hit me first” which certainly implies that he hit her too. That’s called lawyering, yo.

“I have been an advocate for women’s rights my entire career and I’m going to continue to be an advocate,” said Avenatti.

Isn’t this the same guy who said the democrats shouldn’t nominate a woman in 2020? I’m guessing he has no idea what being a “women’s rights advocate” means.

“I am not going to be intimidated from stopping what I am doing,” Avenatti said.

Is he seriously trying to say that this is part of some conspiracy to silence him? Yes, I believe that to be the case.

“I am a father to two beautiful, smart daughters. I would never disrespect them by touching a woman inappropriately or striking a woman. I am looking forward to a full investigation at which point I am confident I will be fully exonerated. I also want to thank everyone for their support that has reached out. You know my character. You know me as a man and I appreciate it,” finished Avenatti.

Yes, we all know his character and reputation and that’s what makes it so easy to believe he beat the shit out of that woman. In addition, who is he fooling? Nobody has reached out to him in support. He made that up.

Michael Avenatti is such a sleazy lowlife that there isn’t a person on this planet who doesn’t believe he’s guilty.. This should put the final nail in the coffin for Avenatti’s 2020 presidential dreams, like he ever really had a chance. It also will probably end his 3-times daily appearances on CNN. Even the shameless fake news network draws a line when it comes to domestic violence.
