While trying to sell us on open borders, unchecked immigration, and amnesty for illegal immigrants, liberals tell us that we are a country of immigrants and that these huddled masses make our country great. Besides all of the rapists and murderers who definitely don’t bring greatness to the US, it turns out most non-citizens, legal and illegal, are sucking us dry. 63% of all non-citizens are on welfare. If by “great” liberals mean “broke” than yes, their assessment of immigrants’ impact on out country is correct.
The Washington Examiner reports:
A majority of “non-citizens,” including those with legal green card rights, are tapping into welfare programs set up to help poor and ailing Americans, a Census Bureau finding that bolsters President Trump’s concern about immigrants costing the nation.
In a new analysis of the latest numbers, from 2014, 63 percent of non-citizens are using a welfare program, and it grows to 70 percent for those here 10 years or more, confirming another concern that once immigrants tap into welfare, they don’t get off it.
Somewhere around half of the non-citizens in this country are illegal immigrants, which brings up that whole thing about how these people are not supposed to be eligible for social programs. Liberal states like California give illegals all the freebies they want, but non-citizens are also able to tap into these programs through their US born children. This is yet another reason to do away with anchor babies.
Even legal immigration doesn’t look so appealing with this report because 50% of all naturalized citizens also get welfare. Isn’t it the liberal line that immigrants come here to work and pay taxes? Once again, liberals are lying about something to push their agenda.
The Center for Immigration Studies put these numbers together and had this obvious thing to say about them:
“Concern over immigrant welfare use is justified, as households headed by non-citizens use means-tested welfare at high rates. Non-citizens in the data include illegal immigrants, long-term temporary visitors like guest workers, and permanent residents who have not naturalized. While barriers to welfare use exist for these groups, it has not prevented them from making extensive use of the welfare system, often receiving benefits on behalf of U.S.-born children,” said CIS.
President Trump has proposed ending birthright citizenship (anchor babies) and making it harder for non-citizens to get their grubby hands on our tax dollars. The Trump administration wants a rule that would stop granting permanent legal residency to people who would likely exploit our social welfare programs. Liberals obviously think this is racist, but they are the same ones who say immigrants are coming here to work so they are clearly full of shit.
California is a scumbag magnet because the state has incredibly generous welfare programs and a host of laws that protect losers from ever being held accountable for their actions. The United States is a similar magnet, attracting uneducated unskilled mooches from third-world shitholes. These people don’t come here because they are yearning to be free, they are yearning for “free” stuff like housing, food, medical care, and cold hard cash.
The easiest way to solve this problem is to turn off the money hose. Stop giving any welfare to non-citizens. People won’t come if they know they can’t feed at the government trough and the ones that are here will leave when their free ride is up.
Progressive socialist democrats however want to extend the government buffet to include “free” universal healthcare, “free” college, and a guaranteed basic income. Combine that with their open borders policy and in no time the US will be some sick version of Venezuela/Haiti/Syria with a splash of Ethiopia.
