Black Student Accused Of Cheating On SATs Hires Civil Rights Lawyer

We hear a lot about “white privilege” which is the crime of being born white and working hard to achieve things in life, but we don’t hear a lot about “black privilege.” One of the advantages of being black in this country is when things don’t go your way, even if it’s your fault, you can just yell “racism” and everyone takes you seriously. A black student in Florida was busted cheating on her SATs so naturally she hired a civil rights lawyer to take care of this racial injustice.

Fox News reports:

A Florida high school student claims she was wrongly accused of cheating in her college entrance exam after she pulled herself and improved her score the second time she took the test.

Kamilah Campbell, 18, now claims her plans to study at Florida State University and major in dance are under threat due to the unfounded accusations, prompting her to get a famed lawyer to fight the board in charge of the exams.

She does know that she can get a job right now at McDonalds even without that coveted FSU dance degree, right? Shouldn’t it be illegal for universities to offer degrees in nonsense like dance and gender studies?

Campbell originally took the SATs last March and scored 900, which isn’t good. Hell, you get 100 points right off the bat just for spelling your own name correctly. She claims she buckled down and studied hard, retaking the test in months later. The second time around, she scored 1230, which is a mighty improvement. So much so, that it sent up red flags.

The Educational Testing Service and the College Board conducted an investigation and determined that Campbell had cheated. They found evidence that she actually copied answers off of people around her during the test and refused to certify her second score.

“I did not cheat. I studied and I focused to achieve my dreams. It was like a blowback for me because I worked so hard, and I did everything I could do to get ready and get prepared so that I’d know that I could achieve my goal,” claimed Campbell.

Blowback? Did she blow the whistle on some kind of SAT/#2 pencil conspiracy and they are taking revenge with a false accusation of cheating? Just the fact that she has no idea what “blowback” means is a pretty good indication that she didn’t legitimately do well on the SATs.

Since taking responsibility for one’s actions isn’t cool anymore, Campbell went out and hired a lawyer to absolve her of any wrongdoing. But she didn’t just hire any lawyer, she retained the services of huckster civil rights attorney Ben Crump. You may remember Crump as the guy who represented the family of Michael Brown, the black thug who was shot to death while attacking a white police officer in Ferguson, MO. Crump was also involved in the Trayvon Martin case and often represents black people who are beaten by police while resisting arrest.

The addition of Crump to this story, means the unscrupulous lawyer believes Campbell was accused of cheating because of her race. This is kind of like bringing in Al Sharpton, which I think we can all agree is ridiculous over a SAT result dispute.

“They said her score was flagged, and suggested that she had cheated. Instead of celebrating her and celebrating her achievement they are trying to assassinate her character, and we won’t stand for that,” said Crump at a press conference.

Here’s how this is going to play out: the SAT board will be so scared of being accused of racism that they will certify Campbell’s 2nd score and maybe throw in a few extra points for the test being “culturally bias.” FSU will then offer her a full dance scholarship, because they too don’t want any racism charges hanging over their heads. See, black privilege is a real thing.
