Democrats in Congress have shut down the government because they want open borders and refuse to fund the modest border security President Trump is requesting. The democrats obviously don’t want people to think the reason the government is shut down is because they love illegal immigration so they want to change the narrative. One of their major talking points is about how all of those poor furloughed federal workers are struggling because they haven’t been paid. Today those same democrats voted against paying any government employees during the shutdown. I guess what I’m trying to say is that democrats are completely full of shit.
Let’s check out some of the liberal narrative building going on this week. Here’s raging anti-Semite Rep. Rashida Tlaib:

Plus, this is idiot savant minus the savant Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez from the House floor today talking about these poor federal employees missing a paycheck.
Okay, so if paying these federal employees is so important to the democrats, what explains this as reported by The Hill:
The House rejected a GOP measure to pay furloughed workers but keep the government closed in a 222-195 vote.
Six Democrats voted for the GOP measure, offered as an alternative to a Democratic bill to reopen the government.
What? The democrats, who have a majority in the House, rejected a bill that would pay furloughed federal workers? How can this be? They’ve been playing up the sob stories all week as a reason to end the shutdown. Here they had the opportunity to pay these poor people and they voted against it. It’s almost like democrats are full of shit or something, isn’t it?
Obviously the problem is if the democrats voted for this they would loose their garbage talking point and then all of the focus would be back on the fact that they put illegal immigrants above American citizens with their refusal to fund Trump’s border wall. Guess what? This no vote just confirms how little regard they have for Americans. Rather than paying furlough federal workers, they are sticking to their guns that our borders should remain unprotected.
The only thing the democrats have going for them is a liberal media that’s completely on their side. The Hill dedicated a few lines to this, but most national news outlets aren’t even reporting on this story that would be major if it involved Republicans denying federal workers their pay. President Trump feeding fast food to the Clemson football team was a major story, but democrats sticking two middle fingers up to federal workers is nothing of interest to Democratic Party’s propaganda machine in the liberal media.
