They’re selling postcards of the hanging…

It’s been an incredible week when it comes to President Trump’s mastery of the art of trolling and there are still two days to go.
First, the POTUS triggered the entire national media – especially the Washington Post – by honoring the just-crowned NCAA football champion Clemson Tigers at the White House and serving them fast food.
Not only did Trump jerk the media’s chain but got in some digs at the Democrats over Chuck and Nancy’s ongoing government shutdown. It drove the left so crazy that an ESPN personality even accused the president of being a racist for serving hamburgers to black football players.
Just when the outrage over that one was dying down, Trump struck again with his most epic troll yet following Speaker Nancy Pelosi’s disinviting him from the State Of The Union Address.

He canceled the military transportation for a Pelosi-led junket to Brussels where the House Dems would connive with EU and NATO leaders on the upcoming impeachment. There were also stops planned in Afghanistan and Egypt which underscores how little that the Dems care about the plight of all of those who have been furloughed by their government shutdown.
Trump’s move was like whacking a hornet’s nest as the Dem contingent were on their bus to catch the plane when the news came in and they ended up driving around aimlessly in confusion like ants that just had their hill stomped on.

That should just about seal the deal for impeachment and the furious Dems may not even want to wait until the cheese-eating rat Michael Cohen gives his nationally televised testimony before Congress next month. Yet another slimy scoundrel who has been redeemed as a hero of the Resistance because he is willing to be Mueller’s star witness to save his own miserable hide and as a proven liar, will say anything about his former client.
The cries for impeachment will be reaching a deafening level this weekend after the indignity that Trump inflicted on poor Nancy who has spent her entire political career sucking the blood from American taxpayer’s backs like a ravenous leech and MSNBC’s Katy Tur took the lead in calling for Trump’s head over the canceled flight.
Via The Washington Free Beacon, “Katy Tur Goes Off: ‘What More Does the House Need’ to Debate Impeaching Trump?”:
MSNBC anchor Katy Tur went off on President Donald Trump Thursday, asking a Democratic guest “what more does the House need” to debate his fitness for office and possible impeachment.
Tur was on the air when news broke that Trump had abruptly canceled House Speaker Nancy Pelosi’s (D., Calif.) congressional delegation trip to three countries, including Afghanistan. She was scheduled to leave Thursday with other members of Congress, but Trump denied her use of military aircraft, citing the government shutdown and the need to continue negotiations over border security.
Tur, who became nationally prominent while reporting on Trump’s 2016 campaign, was upset on Pelosi’s behalf. She noted the speaker was second-in-line for the presidency and hit Trump for outing her trip. Later, she discussed the Atlantic‘s new cover story calling for Trump’s impeachment and asked her guest, Rep. Dan Kildee (D., Mich.), what he thought about this passage, which she paraphrased, where the author said Congress needed to more fully debate Trump’s fitness:
The fight over whether Trump should be removed from office is already raging, and distorting everything it touches. Activists are radicalizing in opposition to a president they regard as dangerous. Within the government, unelected bureaucrats who believe the president is acting unlawfully are disregarding his orders, or working to subvert his agenda. By denying the debate its proper outlet, Congress has succeeded only in intensifying its pressures. And by declining to tackle the question head-on, it has deprived itself of its primary means of reining in the chief executive.
“I don’t know if it’ll come to that, because there’s so much riding on the investigation that Mr. [Robert] Mueller is completing—” Kildee started, before Tur interrupted.
“Is it all about the investigation though?” she asked. “Let’s talk about his conduct in office, the way he speaks about people and targets individual Americans. He’s intimidating witnesses. He’s calling African nations s-hole countries. He’s blowing up alliances. He’s taking the notes away from the interpreter. The list goes on and on and on. What more does the House need in order to debate fitness for office?”
This should probably seal the deal but one has to wonder if Trump is actually daring the Dems to impeach which begs the question as to whether he has been slowly luring them into a trap and as the saying goes, fools rush in.
