Christchurch Shooting Blows Away Liberal Narratives On Guns And Mass Shootings

One or more people opened fire in a pair of mosques in Christchurch, New Zealand, killing at least 49 people and injuring another 48. Though this shooting was thousands of miles away, the liberals of the United States are desperate to exploit the victims to further suppress our rights. Unfortunately for them, the Christchurch shooting obliterates all of their false talking points on mass shootings, gun control, and good guys with guns.

Fox News reports that a 28-year-old Australian walked into the Masjid Al Noor mosque in Christchurch with a variety of “assault rifles” and killed 41 people as they prayed. He then went to the Linwood Masjid mosque about 3 miles away and killed another 7. The killer, who hasn’t been identified, apparently live-streamed the massacre with a camera mounted on his head.

Narrative #1: No Country Besides the US Has Mass Shootings

Obama has said this about a dozen times and liberals across the country repeat like it’s settled science: “The US is the only developed nation that has mass shootings.” The reason liberals spew this lie is because they want to disarm the American people and implement Australian-style gun control. The liberal logic says that people of other countries don’t have a 2nd Amendment right to keep and bears arms and they don’t have mass shootings so we should get rid of our rights to eliminate the mass shooting threat. I would like to point out that New Zealand is a different country and they had a mass shooting. Canada, Australia, China, and Europe also have mass shootings.

Narrative #2: Gun Control Prevents Mass Shootings

After a mass shooting in the United States the first reaction from democrats is to propose laws that wouldn’t have stopped the massacre in question. They frame the proposed do-nothing legislation as something that would stop further mass shootings. New Zealand has some seriously tough gun ownership requirements, on par with Australia, and for some reason the Christchurch shooter chose to ignore those gun control laws to carry out his killing spree.

Narrative #3: A Good Guy With A Gun Can’t Stop A Bad Guy With A Gun

Following the Sandy Hook school shooting the NRA’s Wayne LaPierre famously said, “The only thing that stops a bad guy with a gun is a good guy with a gun.” Liberals have disputed this simple truth ever since. The reason why 41 people were killed in the fist Christchurch mosque shooting and only 7 in the second is because an armed man engaged the shooter and ran him off. Had there not been a good guy with a gun, there would have most certainly been more victims at the second mosque.

American liberals definitely lost some of they major lines of BS, but no worries mate, they aren’t Ninja-masters of bullshit for no reason. The Christchurch shooter is allegedly a white nationalist who is a big fan of Donald Trump, so they can still pass the blame on to the President, the NRA, and all white people.

Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez also blamed the NRA after oopsing by giving the New Zealand PM shit for having compassion for the victims.

Planned Parenthood blamed it all on whitey:

Beta O’Dork blamed whitey as well as the “racist” policies of Donald Trump.

Just so we are clear on this, an Australian guy killed people in New Zealand and the left’s immediate reaction is that Trump, the NRA, and white Americans are responsible. This is why nobody should ever take these clowns seriously.
