President Obama used military bases and temporary camps to house illegal aliens as their asylum claims and deportation proceedings were being processed, but that was before liberals gave a shit about this stuff. Now that President Trump is doing the exact thing, suddenly he’s worse than Hitler. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez has called the President a “fascist” and accused him of running concentration camps, just like the Nazis, to house illegal aliens.
In an Instagram livestream Q&A dingbat Rep. Ocasio-Cortez went off Trump’s immigration policies that look suspiciously like Obama’s immigration policies:
“The U.S. is running concentration camps on our southern border and that is exactly what they are. They are concentration camps. If that doesn’t bother you…I want to talk to the people that are concerned enough with humanity to say that ‘never again’ means something,” said Ocasio-Cortez.
It’s hard to make any more of a comparison to the Holocaust than that, but AOC was up to the task:
“I don’t use those words lightly. I don’t use those words to just throw bombs. I use that word because that is what an administration that creates concentration camps is. A presidency that creates concentration camps is fascist and it’s very difficult to say that,” AOC said.
After getting eviscerated on Twitter from everyone including Republican Liz Cheney, for this horrible accusation, AOC hit back the best way she knows how: with idiocy.

And for the shrieking Republicans who don’t know the difference: concentration camps are not the same as death camps.
Concentration camps are considered by experts as “the mass detention of civilians without trial.”

Actually, this is the definition of a concentration camp:
a place where large numbers of people, especially political prisoners or members of persecuted minorities, are deliberately imprisoned in a relatively small area with inadequate facilities, sometimes to provide forced labor or to await mass execution. The term is most strongly associated with the several hundred camps established by the Nazis in Germany and occupied Europe in 1933–45, among the most infamous being Dachau, Belsen, and Auschwitz.
There are some glaring differences between what happened in the Nazi camps and what is going on in the US:
1. Illegal aliens came here under their own power and can leave any time they want. The Jews didn’t want to go to Auschwitz and were not free to leave.
2. Illegal aliens aren’t forced to work and are provided with food, medicine, and entertainment. The opposite was true for Jews in the Nazi concentration camps.
3. Illegal aliens haven’t been rounded up for extermination.
4. Illegal aliens weren’t rounded up because of their race, ethnicity, or religion but rather were detained because they broke the law by sneaking into our country.
5. Illegal aliens weren’t rounded up at all.
Plus, as already mentioned, Obama did the same exact thing with illegal aliens. He put them in camps and on military bases while their immigration status is processed. I know for a fact that liberals had no problem with Obama for doing this. They didn’t call him a Nazi and didn’t compare his immigration policies to the Holocaust.
