On Saturday Patrick Crusius shot and killed 20 people at an El Paso Walmart, injuring 26 more. Liberals, citing a manifesto attributed to the killer, say that he is a racist white nationalist, inspired by President Trump. In reality, his manifesto is filled with anti-corporation, pro-socialism, global warming nonsense. He sounds a lot more like a democrat running in 2020 than President Trump.
A manifesto was posted to 8Chan prior to the shooting that investigators haven’t been able to positively link to Crusius. On Sunday democratic candidate Tim Ryan used the manifesto to blame the El Paso shooting completely on Donald Trump.
“I read that manifesto this morning a couple of times. The language in there is so similar to the kind of language that you hear at a Trump rally, you see in his tweets. The president isn’t just speaking to really smart people who are stable at his rallies. He’s speaking to the lowest common denominator, to where this jackass gets in a car and drives ten hours to go kill Latinos and Hispanics and Mexicans,” said Ryan.
I read the manifesto too and the language in there is a lot more similar to Bernie Sanders leftist rhetoric than anything President Trump has ever said.
I’m not going to try to bullshit here, there is some racist stuff in the manifesto. Crusius is against race-mixing and wanted to do something about the “Mexican invasion,” but what does that mean? It’s not like democrats and leftists aren’t racist.
First of all the manifesto is titled “The Inconvenient Truth,” which is a sweet shout out to Al Gore.
He also isn’t a big fan of Republicans:
“The inconvenient truth is that our leaders, both Democrats AND Republicans have been failing us for decades. They are either complacent or involved in one of the biggest betrayals of the American public in our history.”
Plus he’s against the big corporations. Who does that sound like?
“The Republican Party is also terrible. Many factions within the Republican Party are pro-corporation. Pro-corporation = pro-immigration.”
“Corporations need to keep replenishing the labor pool for both skilled and unskilled workers to keep wages low.”
“Corporate American doesn’t need to be destroyed, but just shown that they are on the wrong side of history. That if they don’t bend, they will break.”
He also expressed his fondness for universal health and basic income, which he said would be easier to achieve if there were less illegal aliens:
“Achieving ambitious social projects like universal healthcare and UBI would become far more likely to succeed if tens of millions of dependents are removed.”
Then tell me this wasn’t lifted from a Bernie Sanders speech:
“The cost of college degrees has exploded as their value has plummeted. This has led to a generation of indebted, overqualified students filling menial, low paying and unfulfilling jobs.”
But wait, this guy also believes the global warming myth:
“However our lifestyle is destroying the environment of our country. The decimation of the environment is creating a massive burden for future generations. Corporations are heading the destruction of the environment by shamelessly overharvesting resources.”
And like a good lefty, he favors population control:
“I just want to say that I love the people of this country, but god damn most of y’all are just too stubborn to change your lifestyle. So the next logical step is to decrease the number of people in America using resources. If we can get rid of enough people, then our way of life can become more sustainable.”
Then there’s this:
“America is full of hypocrites…becuase they support imperialistic wars that have caused the loss of tens of thousands of American lives and untold numbers of civilian lives.”
Does any of this shit sound like President Trump, a right-wing extremist, or a white nationalist? No, it sounds like Bernie Sanders and the other democrats running in 2020.
People will say: but about the racist stuff he wrote? Big deal. Democrats are the biggest racists this country has ever known. Jeremy Christian, who stabbed 2 people to death on a Portland train, was a racist and he also happened to be a Bernie Bro who wanted to kill Donald Trump.
In fact, Bernie Bros have quite a history of violence including James Hodgkinson who shot Rep. Steve Scalise on a baseball field in 2017. Hodgkinson actually worked for Bernie Sanders’ presidential campaign.
This asshole is for Medicare-for-all, universal basic income, and student loan forgiveness. He hates the big corporations, believes in global warming, and thinks eugenics is a nifty idea. Plus he’s racist. That says democratic socialist all day long.
