Bette Midler just called for democrats to kill Republicans but this anti-conservative violent rhetoric has been going on since President Trump’s election. The liberal media has played along by dismissing leftist hatred and pretending violence against conservatives doesn’t exist. Just a few days ago the liberal media completely ignored a leftist lunatic who tried to murder 6 Trump supporters by running them over with a van. In the latest round of anti-MAGA attacks to be ignored, a crazed sword-wielding liberal threatened Trump supporters and a lefty kook punched and ex-cop for wearing what she thought was a MAGA hat.
First there is this story from WSMV in Nashville, Tennessee:
A man’s surprise birthday gift led to a surprise attack at a Broadway bar.
Daniel Sprague was at The Stage bar on Broadway sporting a gift his wife gave him for his 50th birthday bash—a hat that says “Make 50 Great Again.” The hat is styled to look like a “Make America Great Again” hat that supporters of President Donald Trump wear.
“People were just coming up to me and, you know, just loving the little word play on the hat and taking pictures and wishing me happy birthday,” Sprague said.
But there was an entitled liberal woman in the bar so everything went to shit.
“At one point a female came up from behind me, spun me around, and punched me in the face and then grabbed my hat off my head and was just yelling, ‘How dare you?'” Sprague said.
So punching a stranger in the face is acceptable behavior but wearing a hat that looks like a MAGA hat is an outrage? Liberals sure do have a twisted view of the world.
“People have different views, but we’re not supposed to take it out on each other,” said Sprague.
He doesn’t understand the left, does he?
The punch to Sprague’s face was hard enough open up a cut on his cheek. Sprague, a retired new York police officer, filed a police report.
In a message to the crazy woman who punched him, Sprague said, “‘Happy birthday’ would be nice, and not a punch in the face!”
He really doesn’t understand the left but he shouldn’t have to.
Then down in Florida The Ocala Star Banner reports:
A 49-year-old Dunnellon man accused of threatening multiple people favorable to President Donald Trump, was arrested and charged with 10 counts of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon and one count of disorderly conduct by police.
On Thursday, Officer Megan Feliciani of the Dunnellon Police Department was called to the 11300 block of North Williams Street to investigate an armed man at a gathering where people were holding pro-Trump signs.
The victims told an officer that a man, later identified as James L. Whitehurst II, had approached them during their peaceful assembly with what was described as a cane sword in hand. The officer was told Whitehurst pointed the sword in their faces and made threatening statements.
The sword was allegedly 6 inches from their faces, according to the victims, and they felt afraid.
Feliciani spoke with Whitehurst, who told her he removed the sword from its holder and pointed it at the Trump supporters. He told the officer he meant no harm.
To liberals, shoving a sword in people’s faces while threatening them is perfectly fine as long as they are Trump supporters, so it’s easy to see where this confusion comes from.
Obviously the liberal media is sleeping on these attacks because they don’t fit their narrative that Trump supporters have unleashed a wave hate across the country. They don’t have any actual stories of dudes in MAGA hats punching Elizabeth Warren supporters in “Nevertheless She Persisted” t-shirts or threatening Bernie Bros with Ninja swords, but since when are fake news narratives based on fact?
