I often wonder what it would take to get liberals to treat the scourge of illegal immigration seriously. They don’t care when illegal aliens kill Americans because obviously they hate America. They do pretend to care about women’s issues, but couldn’t be any less interested when illegal aliens rape and kill women and little girls. Maybe this will do it: An illegal alien in Florida killed a disable dog. Let’s see if at least PETA starts calling for more immigration enforcement.
The South Florida Sun-Sentinel reports that on October 3 Wanda Dushan Ferrari was driving her Volvo with her beloved Husky-Shepard mix dog Zorra in the back seat. Please don’t get distracted by the fact that someone named Ferrari was driving a Volvo, it’s not relevant to the story. What is relevant is that Zorra, due to hip ailments, was unable to use her back legs and needed a doggy wheelchair to get around.
Ferrari tried to get gas but the station’s card reader was down so she went to a Dollar Tree to get cash. She parked in a handicapped spot and left the car running with the AC on so Zorro wouldn’t overheat.
Within moments 19-year-old illegal alien Jephthe Jeanfrancois jumped in the Volvo and stole it with Zorra still in the backseat. Jeanfrancois didn’t steal the car for any other reason than to be a dick and take it for a joy ride. He kept the dickhead thing going when he ditched the car, leaving the dog locked inside.
4 days later a towing company found Ferrari’s Volvo and noticed there was a dead dog in the backseat.
Police just happened to arrest Jeanfrancois as he was in the act of committing a burglary. Not only was he in another stolen car, but they found the keys to Ferrari’s Volvo in his possession. he was also wearing an ankle monitor from a previous conviction which authorities say placed him at the location and time when Ferrari’s car was stolen.
Jeanfrancois was arrested and charged on 15 counts including burglary, grand theft and causing suffering and death to an animal. In court the prosecutor noted the particular cruelty of this act:
“He stole the vehicle, he discarded the vehicle, leaving this dog stranded to its own devices locked in the car. When the car was later found, the dog was found unfortunately deceased and what I can only imagine greatly suffered,” said Assistant State Attorney Eric Linder.
Somehow this story gets even more heartbreaking:
Jamie Katz, a private investigator for missing pets in Fort Lauderdale, had been hired to take on the case.
“They both needed each other. The dog helped her through breast cancer,” Katz said. “The dog couldn’t walk without the aid of her. They literally lived for each other. This dog couldn’t defend herself. It was a horrifying case.”
“Zorra was my world, my heart, my soul. I don’t know what I’m going to do without her. I can’t take this,” said Ferrari with tears in her eyes.
It really doesn’t get any lower than killing a disabled dog. Is this the atrocity that will finally make liberals see there is a downside to unchecked illegal immigration? Unfortunately no. You see, liberals are the worst people on the planet and to them a dead handicapped dog is a small price to pay for a steady supply of democratic party voters.
