President Trump has announced he’s moving his family out of New York City for good and NY Governor Andrew Cuomo as well as NYC Mayor Bill de Blasio are over the moon. Because of high taxes and idiot liberal rule, New York has been bleeding wealthy residents, but the two clowns in charge thinks it’s awesome that they’re losing even more tax dollars. Eventually all the rich people will leave and then who will pay for socialism?

Okay, this is yuge. Donald Trump is New York City. Besides the fact that he’s a taxpaying billionaire, he owns properties and business that employ thousands and pump major dollars into the economy. Is he serious? Through his companies, properties, and personal finances Trump pays millions in taxes to the city and state of New York every year. This is a significant loss for the liberal bubble.

This is what Trump Derangement Syndrome does to liberals. Normally they are whores who will take money from any source, but they are so psychotically opposed to the duly-elected President of the United States, they don’t care about the significant hit to their cashflow this represents.
Trump leaving New York is part of a trend that would be disturbing to Cuomo and de Blasio if they weren’t liberal nuts who don’t understand how money works. This is from the NY Post earlier this year:
New York City is forecast to shed more multimillionaires this year — with billions in Wall Street bonuses in their wake.
The massive bonus pool typical for city workers is under stress as more bankers and traders bolt for Florida and other states to escape New York’s punishing taxes and steep living costs, according to several pros who have studied the latest compensation data from the state comptroller.
“The governor and mayor don’t want to talk much about highly paid people like bankers leaving New York,” said Alan Johnson, CEO of New York-based compensation consultancy Johnson Associates.
“There are many relocating — and if you see financial service firms expanding in future, it will be to Tampa, Fla., and Austin, Texas, and other places where it’s not as expensive to live as New York,” he added. “It’s showing up in the numbers.”
With the alarming outflow of city residents — many of them wealthy bankers — New York state lost a staggering $8.4 billion to other states in 2016, the latest year data are available, one study shows. And that was up from $4.6 billion annually on average during the prior four years.
And that was written before Trump decided to bolt.
It’s not just the super-wealthy who are leaving New York with. Even socialist dimwit Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez’s mom left NY for Florida because taxes are too damn high as Fox News last March:
The mother of soak-the-rich congresswoman Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez said that she was forced to flee the Big Apple and move to Florida because the property taxes were so high.
“I was paying $10,000 a year in real estate taxes up north. I’m paying $600 a year in Florida. It’s stress-free down here,” Blanca Ocasio-Cortez [said] from her home in Eustis, a town of less than 20,000 in central Florida north of Orlando.
Eventually all the productive people will leave New York and they’ll be left with no givers and only takers. This is the fundamental problem with socialism in that if there’s nobody to pay for the “free” stuff, there is no free stuff.
If Cuomo, de Blasio, and the democrats running the joint were smart, they’d be lowering taxes and creating a business-friendly environment instead of cheering the loss of a major source of income. They however are not smart because if they were, they’d be Republicans.
