Now we know why liberals say law-abiding Americans can’t be trusted with guns and want to ban them. It turns out they are the ones who can’t be trusted. Everything on the left is projection. An anti-gun activist drove this point home when she shot and killed her three children and then committed suicide. Instead of trying to ruin it for everyone, liberals should impose a gun ownership ban on themselves. Too bad bad self-reflection isn’t a liberal strong suit.
On Tuesday morning, authorities in Deer Park Texas respond to a welfare check request and discovered a horrific scene. Inside a home, they found the bodies of 39-year-old Ashley Auzenne and her three children: 7-year-old Lincoln, 9-year-old Eleanor, and 11-year-old Parrish. All 4 had been shot to death.
ABC 13 reports that a clear picture of what happened has developed:
On Thursday, the Harris County Medical Examiner’s Office ruled their deaths as a murder/suicide, with their 39-year-old mother, Ashley Auzenne, as the suspect.
Investigators say a gun was found inside the home.
This is a very sad and tragic story but it becomes infuriating with this one little detail about the killer mom The Houston Chronicle turned up:
Mary Dybka kept in touch [with] Ashley after they connected a dozen years ago as military wives and mothers of children with autism. She [doubts] that she would hurt her children, saying the two often joked that she was “more Yankee then Texan with her Democratic views and strict gun control beliefs.”
Apparently those gun control beliefs weren’t quite strict enough. To be fair, when liberals say people shouldn’t be allowed to do, say or have things, they don’t mean for it to apply to themselves.
This story gets worse as the apparent motive for the murder-suicide was reveled. A week before the shooting Ashley’s divorce from husband Murvin Auzenne Jr. Was finalized. She had wanted to move away with the children but the court blocked her. The Judge also said she would have to get a job if she wanted to retain full custody of the children.
It looks like she killed these three innocent children because she didn’t get her way in the divorce, which is the kind of scorched-earth selfishness liberals are famous for. Shit like this breaks my heart. Your life sucks? Fine. Why do you need to take out the kids too?
Then again, maybe in her agitated liberal state she thought she was making the ultimate anti-gun statement: “Look how dangerous guns are. Anyone can get one, kill three children and then commit suicide.”
Ashley Auzenne’s Facebook page, which is still up, is mostly posts about the children she killed, but there are few anti-Trump rants, plus there is this:
Apparently it was not “enough” for Ashley Auzenne. The easiest and most effective way to put a dent in “gun violence” is to not kill people with guns. That is actual commonsense gun control: no murder/suicides.
These are the types of people that are leading the charge to take away our gun ownership rights, which is yet another reason why they should be ignored. Anti-capitalist liberals are rich elites, anti-rape liberals are sexual predators, and anti-gun liberals are gun-toting killers.
