Dean Obeidallah is the self-described “Muslim comedian” and was Obama’s got-to guy on all things Islam. Reacting to a video in which a liberal idiot gets shocked while trying to steal a a booby-trapped Trump 2020 sign from a front yard, Obeidallah said it represented the President’s campaign of violence against the liberal “Resistance.” You got that? Protecting your private property from leftist kooks is now “violence.”

Really? This is what he thinks is violence?
The easiest way to avoid getting shocked by a rigged Trump sign is to not attempt to steal political signs from private property. I have never been personally injured from a booby-trapped political sign because I’ve never tried to steal one. It’s a system that works 100% of the time.
People don’t have a right to steal private property, but they do have one to express their political beliefs on their own property. There’s certainly a crime going in that video, but it ain’t from President Trump or his supporters.
This is liberals screaming, “How dare you try to keep us from acting like a bunch of intolerant asshole babies!”
This gets sillier because Obeidallah is a frequent contributor to CNN and his own network put out a how-to video to protect Trump campaign signs from liberal scum like him:

That video was from October 2016, before Trump was even elected. I wonder how Obeidallah can in good conscience go on CNN when the network advocates for violence against liberal nitwits. No seriously, he said that Trump was promoting violence by sharing the video and CNN shared much much more. This has to be one of those “it’s only bad when Republicans do it” kind of things.
Obeidallah takes his lunacy even further by stating that this “campaign of violence” against leftist sign-stealers is how Trump plans on staying in power. As if Trump is going to steal the 2020 election by delivering mild shocks and poopy hands to liberal free speech haters. It’s not quite as dumb as the Russian collusion nonsense but it’s still pretty damn stupid.
No, protecting your private property is not violence. Not even close. If the Muslim comedian wants to see what real violence looks like, he should check out some of those ISIS beheading videos or watch the 9/11 terrorists fly planes into the World Trade Center. If that hits too close to home for Obeidallah maybe he can just look at Antifa assaulting random innocent people in the streets of Portland. There is no shortage of violence from the left.
