NBA Hall of Fame superstar and Los Angeles Lakers great Kobe Bryant died in a helicopter crash Sunday. Or maybe he played for a different team. In announcing his tragic death, an MSNBC reporter said he played for the Los Angeles “N*ggers.” Luckily this was a reporter for a liberal network like MSNBC, who are allowed to casually use the N-word, or there might be a certain amount of outrage.
Here’s Fox News with some non-racist coverage of Bryant’s death:
Kobe Bryant, one of the greatest NBA players of all-time and a superstar who transcended sports, was killed in a fiery helicopter crash in California on Sunday. He was 41.
According to multiple reports, Bryant was on a helicopter flying over Calabasas – a city of 23,000 people located about 30 miles northwest of downtown Los Angeles. TMZ Sports first reported that Bryant was killed in the crash. FOX Sports also confirmed the report of Bryant’s death.
According to TMZ Sports and The New York Times, Bryant’s daughter Gianna was also killed in the crash.
The Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Office said in a Sunday afternoon press conference there were nine people listed on the helicopter’s manifest and all were believed to be dead. Police did not confirm any of the identities of the victims.

I watched that 10 times and every single time the reporter says “Los Angels N*ggers.”
The reporter in question, Alison Morris, sent out a tweet trying to clarify matters:
Earlier today, while reporting on the tragic news of Kobe Bryant’s passing, I unfortunately stuttered on air, combining the names of the Knicks and the Lakers to say “Nakers.” Please know I did not & would NEVER use a racist term. I apologize for the confusion this caused.

Oh, she said “Nakers” not “N*ggers” and it was because she stuttered. Joe Biden is a noted stutterer and he never drops accidental N-Bombs, but whatever.
As was noted earlier, Morris is lucky she works for MSNBC and is a far-left kook because otherwise she’d be fired. Can you imagine if a Fox News reporter “stuttered” and made this same mistake?
Hell, we don’t have to play the “what if” game. Last year New York station WHEC weatherman Jeremy Kappell made this mistake on air:
“The skies are grey just like they are at Martin Luther coon, King Jr. Park,” said Kappell.
Kappell explained that he misspoke and didn’t mean any offense but he was fired for this.
“King” and “coon” both start with a “K” sound and this may well have been an honest mistake. “Lakers” and “n*ggers” are not nearly as similar, but somehow the MSNBC reporter isn’t getting as much, if any, shit for it.
Actually, that “somehow” is what we call liberal privilege. Liberals can casually, or even maliciously, use the N-word and get away with it because they came up with some rules that say liberals are never racist. Bill Maher, Andrew Cuomo, and even Bernie Sanders are all white liberals who can use the N-word without repercussions.
Meanwhile, I’m not a huge Kobe Bryant fan but his death is tragic and it’s absolutely heartbreaking that his daughter also perished in the helicopter crash. I wonder if the rest of the liberal media is treating this sad day with respect:
That was the Washington Post’s Felicia Sonmez tweeting and deleting about Kobe’s alleged rape. Liberals are simply the worst people on the planet.
