While the rest of the democratic party was celebrating “F*ck the 2nd Amendment Day” on Friday and tweeted out their anti-gun unconstitutional proposals, Joe Biden is a little slow and didn’t get around to it until a day later. In his tardiness however, he still managed to come across as a gun-ignorant liberal D-bag who has no respect for our civil liberties. According to Biden, nobody needs an AR-15 and he vowed to get these “weapons of war” off the streets.
Here it is:
No one needs an AR-15. Period. We have to get these weapons of war out of our communities.

And here’s the 2nd Amendment in all it’s glory and simplicity:
A well regulated Militia, being necessary to the security of a free State, the right of the people to keep and bear Arms, shall not be infringed.
I don’t see the word “need” anywhere in that text. I don’t even see something that implies that gun ownership rights are tied to some kind of need other than the right to bear arms is necessary for a free state. There’s certainly nothing in there that grants the government the power to decide which type of arms the people are allowed to have but there is that “shall not be infringed” part.
Biden is all completely wrong that AR-15s are weapons of war. They are semi-automatic rifles that operate just like other less scary-looking guns in that they fire one round per trigger pull. They are not full-auto, they are not machine guns, they don’t have burst capabilities, they are not weapons of war. No soldier on the planet would carry one of these things into a combat situation unless the plan was to throw the battle, much like a Joe Biden nomination would do for the democratic party.
And even so, the 2nd Amendment provides for the people’s right to keep and bear weapons of war. The entire point of this most important amendment is to act a check on an oppressive government. You ain’t taking out a tyrant with slingshots and Ninja stars, you need the same type of weapons the government has and that was our Founding Fathers original intent.
Joe likes to say that we would need an F-15 to take on the government, which is fine. Fighter jets, tanks, and missiles are all arms and the 2nd Amendment not only doesn’t ban private ownership of those things, it guarantees the right of the people to have them.
Because Joe’s capacity for being wrong is multi-layered, he’s blows it on claiming nobody needs an AR-15 too. People who hunt feral hogs need them. People who eradicate pests and varmints need them. People who target shoot and participate in 3-gun competitions need them. People who want a little more assurance in defending themselves need them. People who want to send a clear message to gun-banning liberal A-holes need them.
It’s one thing for some hysterical housewife to spew lies about guns because she doesn’t like the idea that Americans have rights, but another for someone who wants to be the President of the United States. The leader of this country should be familiar with the U.S. Constitution as he or she actually takes an oath to uphold and defend it. The Commander-in-Chief should also be aware of what types of weapons our troops carry in to battle. Joe is as clueless on this stuff as he is everything and and this tweet is another example of why he’ll never be president.
