A man from New York was arrested for threatening to kill Adam Schiff and Chuck Schumer. He says he was upset with the democrats for their roles in the sham President Trump impeachment. He faces 10 years in prison but if he gets a savvy legal team he will walk no problem. Schiff and Schumer orchestrated a coup attempt against President Trump, which makes them guilty of treason and sedition, which also makes them enemies of the United States. It is not, by any stretch of the imagination, a crime to threaten to kill America’s enemies.
First, let’s get to the alleged crime from leftist fake news organization ABC News:
A Western New York man was arrested Wednesday on charges that he threatened to kill Rep. Adam Schiff and Sen. Chuck Schumer.
Salvatore Lippa, 57, of Greece, New York, was charged with threatening to assault and murder a federal official on account of the performance of their official duties.
When questioned by U.S Capitol Police, Lippa admitted to making the threatening calls to Schiff and Schumer because he said he was upset about the impeachment proceedings, prosecutors said.
According to the criminal complaint, on Jan. 23, Schiff’s Washington, D.C., office received a threatening voicemail that included a death threat.
“Schiff, shifty Schiff, you’re the biggest f***ing scumbag motherf***er who ever lived. I dare you to come. I dare you to come to New York, because I will put a bullet in your f***ing forehead. You f***ing scumbag piece of s***. You got that? And you can look up my phone number. And you think I’m f***ing joking? I’ll come to Washington and kill you, you motherf***er,” Lippa allegedly said.
Almost two weeks later, on Feb. 4, Schumer received a threatening voicemail at his New York office that also contained a death threat.
“Hey Schumer, you and Nancy Pelosi are two f***ing biggest scumbags who ever lived. And let me tell you something, somebody wants to assassinate you, I’m going to be the driver. And he’ll shoot you from 200 yards away. I f***ing promise you, you f***ing totally little f***ing Democrats scumbag f***s,” Lippa is claimed to have said.
Okay, they can throw out the Schumer “death threat” immediately because Lippa never threatened to kill Cryin’ Chuck. He simply warned him an assassination was coming. Would a thank-you be too much to ask for here?
He did however threaten to kill Adam Schiff, but that’s easily beaten in court. All his defense team has to do is prove Schiff concocted and orchestrated the coup attempt against President Trump to show he is an enemy of this country. They can call Schiff and the whistleblower as well as enter into evidence all of the lies Shifty told in his effort to fraudulently remove the duly-elected President of the United States from office.
Lippa’s defense team can further their client’s cause by citing precent. Submit all of the tweets from Hollywood Resistance fighters like Tom Arnold, Bette Midler, and Chelsea Handler in which they threatened the lives of President Trump and his family. If it’s not a crime to threaten the POTUS, why would it be a crime to threaten some pencil neck Congressman from California?
If a team of Iranian commandos landed on your property, it would be perfectly legal to light them up. If you caught Ilhan Omar’s brother/lover trying to plant a bomb on a train, you could legally bash his skull in. The reason is because these would be America’s enemies and we all have a right to defend our country. Adam Schiff tried to overthrow the duly-elected President, which doesn’t make him America’s friend.
I’m not advocating anyone threatening to kill Adam Schiff, he should be arrested and prosecuted for his crimes, but I am pointing out that he is an enemy of the United States and the American people who’s will he tried to undo.
