Even when Joe Biden has his highly-paid staff write stuff out for him, it’s still balls-out crazy. Ghetto Joe unveiled his plan to end racism and it goes something like this: he will decriminalize crime for black people except the killing of transgender women, which he will make a federal crime. Not only does Joe claim this will will end racism but also that it will make black communities safer. This is what happens when Joe’s staff strings his random thoughts together and shame on them for not getting him the help he desperately needs.
Biden unleashed his Plan for Black America because apparently he thinks there are more than one America and that these are racially segregated:
Joe Biden knows that African Americans can never have a fair shot at the American Dream so long as entrenched disparities are allowed to quietly chip away at opportunity. He is running for President to rebuild our economy in a way that finally brings everyone along—and that starts by rooting out systemic racism from our laws, our policies, our institutions, and our hearts.
Uh, did Joe Biden just admit that he has racism in his heart?
In any case, a big part of this plan to eradicate racism involves criminal justice reform:
Today, too many people are incarcerated in the United States – and too many of them are African American. To build safe and healthy communities, we need to rethink who we’re sending to prison, how we treat those in prison…
We can and must reduce the number of people incarcerated in this country while also reducing crime.
Our criminal justice system cannot be just unless we root out the racial, gender, and income-based disparities in the system.
End the criminalization of poverty. Cash bail is the modern-day debtors’ prison. Biden will lead a national effort to end cash bail and reform our pretrial system by putting in place, instead, a system that is fair and does not inject further discrimination or bias into the process. And, he will work to end the practice of jailing people for being too poor to pay fines and fees.
Maybe take a look at how things are going in New York after they ended cash bail before unleashing that garbage on the whole country.
The bottom line is that Biden plans to decriminalize most crime in black communities and to remove the threat of jail as a deterrent to crime. But then comes this one crime he’s going to crack down on:
Combat the epidemic of violence against transgender women of color. As a direct response to the high rates of homicide of transgender people—particularly transgender women of color—the Biden Administration will make prosecuting their murderers a priority. And, during his first 100 days in office, Biden will direct federal resources to help prevent violence against transgender women, particularly transgender women of color.
Who does Biden think is assaulting and killing these transgender women of color? I’ll give him a little hint: it’s black men. Nearly all violence against trannies comes from intimate partners and transgender women of color tend to have men of color customers.
If you’re not Joe Biden, you may have notice a slight problem with all of this: If he isn’t going to put black men in jail, how is he going to prosecute the black men who committed violence against transgender women of color?
Also, since domestic violence isn’t a federal crime, how is the “Biden administration” going to go around prosecuting these state-level cases? In fact, all of Biden’s justice reform nonsense has him thinking that he can tell states how to enforce their laws, which everyone but him knows isn’t a power of the office of the presidency.
I can’t wait for Biden to go to a black church and tell the congregation that his plan to end racism and uplift African Americans revolves heavily around protecting trannies. I think that will go over well with the deeply religious/morally conservative black voters. Or not.
