With the kick-ass jobs and unemployment numbers for June out, democrats are desperate to halt economic recovery and keep people home and out of work until the November election. The liberal media (AKA the democratic party propaganda machine) has their back and has come up with a great way to keep people quarantined in their homes. What if the entire outdoors was racist? That would keep at least the guilty white folks from venturing outside. ABC News is reporting that the great outdoors ain’t so great but rather really really racist.

A mostly white workforce, visitation threatens parks’ survival and public health
As millions of Americans escape home quarantine to the great outdoors this summer, they’ll venture into parks, campgrounds and forest lands that remain stubborn bastions of self-segregation.
New government data, shared first with ABC News, shows the country’s premier outdoor spaces — the 419 national parks — remain overwhelmingly white. Just 23% of visitors to the parks were people of color, the National Park Service found in its most recent 10-year survey; 77% were white. Minorities make up 42% of the U.S. population.
“That tells me that we’ve got a lot of work to do,” said acting director of the National Park Service David Vela.
And what would that work be exactly? Is there going to be a racial quota system at the parks? Only after x-number of blacks come in can white people enter? Or maybe they’ll do things to attract more minority visitors like “cave looting” or “punch a ranger” day.
“The outdoors and public lands suffer from the same systemic racism that the rest of our society does,” said Sierra Club dildo Joel Pannell.
Just because white people like doing something more than black people doesn’t mean it’s racist. The people standing in front of liquor stores in the middle of the day when everyone else is at work are overwhelmingly minorities. Does that mean liquor stores are racist against white people?
And here’s the funniest thing I’ve ever read:
Government officials and environmental advocates agree that the racial disparity in the outdoors is an existential crisis.
So if we don’t find a way to get more minorities in the national parks, the human race goes extinct? Apparently so:
“If we don’t address this, and we don’t see how all these things are interrelated, then we’re going to risk losing everything,” Pannell said.
He obviously hasn’t been watching the news for the past month or so because a higher concentration of black people in a given location has resulted in that location being utterly destroyed, looted, and burned to the ground. I fail to see how recreating that in Yosemite is going to make it a nicer more enjoyable outdoor space.
National parks and the conservation movement were created as a way for people to escape cities during the industrial revolution, which Pannell said is one example of systemic racism in the outdoors that hasn’t been confronted.
“In many ways, they are created by removing indigenous people from those lands and creating refuges for more affluent white people to get away from the city, which were becoming black and brown. So we have to — we have to deal with that history and that legacy,” Pannell said.
No, we really don’t. Urban minorities have no interest in hiking around on a bunch of rocks, which they consider something crazy white people do, and it’s their choice to do something else. Forcing black people to camp and hike is not a solution to a non-existent problem, it’s fascism.
And with that, guilty white liberals will begin the process to cancelling National Parks and all outdoor spaces for being racist. With any luck, this will be a proxy coronavirus lockdown that will suppress economic recovery long enough so the democrats can take the White House in November.
