The democrats voter fraud campaign got it’s first celebrity endorsement today. President Trump’s former lawyer, Micheal Cohen is bragging that he voted for Joe Biden this morning. The problem is, he’s not just a convicted felon but actively serving for his crime. The only way he voted was illegally and chances are he’ll be adding to his prison term in this lame attempt to spite Trump.
As you know, Michael Cohen was Donald Trump’s lawyer until he got spooked by one of the many witch hunts against the President and flipped. He didn’t actually have anything on Trump so all that really happened was he betrayed a client and friend only to end up in prison for 3 years on charges of tax evasion and campaign finance violations.
Yes, he is dumb but I don’t think anyone predicted he was this stupid:

Hey look, it’s a Rat Boy felon bragging about casting an illegal ballot for Joe Biden. Maybe he’d get busted less if he didn’t advertise his crimes so much.
Here’s the thing, convicted felons can actually vote in New York, where Cohen is, but they have to finish serving their sentences first, which he hasn’t done. Cohen was let out of prison because of coronavirus concerns and is currently finishing out his sentence under house arrest.

In New York, the general rule is that you can vote after incarceration for a felony conviction, while you are on probation, or once you have completed parole. In these cases, your voting rights are automatically restored, but you have to re-register in order to vote. You do not need any special documentation to register.
Cohen hasn’t reached the “after incarceration” part of his felony conviction since he’s still serving. He also very clearly didn’t re-register to vote since he isn’t quite eligible for that until he finishes serving his sentence.
It’s also obvious that he violated the conditions of his house arrest going out to vote this morning. They tend to put strict restrictions on where house arrestees can go and voting is definitely not one of the reasons he would be allowed to leave the house.
Voter fraud is a felony. Violating house arrest orders is a felony. This guy so good at breaking the law he might be eligible for Joe Biden’s 3-strikes law and a life sentence when all is said and done. No seriously, how f*cking funny would it be if Cohen went to jail for the rest of life because of a law Biden wrote when the crime that put him there was voting for Biden?
The only thing that might save Cohen’s ass is that all prosecutors in NY are anti-Trump activists who would view these violations as acts of heroism. Rioting, looting, and Trump-hating are no longer illegal in New York.
Even in his stupidity, Cohen still managed to make this stupider. What was the actual point of fraudulently voting for Biden in New York, a state any democrat wins handily? He should have taken his voter fraud show on the road over to Pennsylvania where Biden really needs the illegal votes. Sure, he’s not allowed to leave the state, but he’s already broken so many laws, what’s one more?
It’s not a coincidence that voter fraud always benefits democrats and democrats deny the existence of voter fraud. It’ll be a little harder to deny it now that they have a bonafide liberal celebrity bragging about it on social media.
