In a traditional year liberals ruin Thanksgiving by demanding that people scream at their relatives about gun control, abortions, and Trump over the dinner table. 2020 is anything but a normal year so now liberals are ruining Thanksgiving by restricting the ability to yell at family members about anything. Just in time for Turkey Day, liberal governors across the country are using COVID-19 as an excuse to shut down any and all family celebrations.
“Experts” tell us that coronavirus cases are spiking everywhere, which actually points to the futility of lockdowns, mask mandates, and social distancing. But hey, if something didn’t work the first time around, it’s bound to be effective on a second or third try, right?
Nationally, the CDC has set guidelines telling people not to travel for Thanksgiving.
“Travel may increase your chance of getting and spreading COVID-19. Postponing travel and staying home is the best way to protect yourself and others this year,” read the guidelines.
This is something Dr. Fauci agrees with.
On Face the Nation Sunday he said that people shouldn’t travel for Thanksgiving and warned anyone who would resist this arbitrary restriction.
“I think, I would hope, that the people who are pushing back on the recommendations for mitigation measures just look at the numbers, look at the facts. They’re staring us right in the face,” said Fauci.
New York’s jackass Governor Andrew Cuomo has shut down the state in advance of the Thanksgiving holiday and when several upstate Sheriffs said they wouldn’t enforce the bans on family gatherings, he threatened to fire them.
“That I believe violates that person’s constitutional oath,. I don’t believe that person is a law enforcement officer. I believe that person should not be certified as a law enforcement officer. I don’t want a law enforcement officer who says I’m only enforcing the laws that I like or that I think should be enforced,” said Cumo.
In Minnesota, Tim Walz, the democrat governor, placed new coronavirus restrictions ahead of Thanksgiving with this dire warning.
“To invite a friend over or a brother-in-law to watch the Vikings play the Bears is one of the riskiest things we can do right now,” said Walz.
Nevada’s democrat Governor, Steve Sisolak, banned private gatherings and put more restrictions in place just in time for Turkey Day.
“This is our biggest threat,” said Sisolak of Thanksgiving. “It’s time to act.”
Illinois’ democrat Governor J.B. Pritzker held a press conference to announce that state was closing down ahead on the holiday season and relayed the message from Illinois public health officials that it is not, “OK to gather for Thanksgiving.”
California’s hypocrite Governor, Gavin Newsom, already put the state on lockdown and banned family gatherings ahead of Thanksgiving while attending a birthday bash with donors and state health officials, but now the state’s most populous county has made it even harder to celebrate the holiday. With people unable to celebrate Thanksgiving with their families, they planned to eat out on the holiday, but that is no longer possible in LA:
LA County to shut down all dining Wednesday amid COVID-19 surge
Los Angeles County is shutting down all dining at restaurants, breweries, wineries and bars for at least three weeks starting Wednesday amid a surge in coronavirus cases, health officials announced Sunday.
The establishments will only be able to offer takeout, drive-thru and delivery services, and the restrictions will take effect Wednesday at 10 p.m.
“To reduce the possibility for crowding and the potential for exposures in settings where people are not wearing their face coverings, restaurants, breweries, wineries and bars will only be able to offer take-out, drive thru, and delivery services,” the county’s Department of Public Health said in a news release.

This liberal attack against Turkey Day is simply a warm-up for their real war. If COVID-19 allows them to ruin Thanksgiving, they believe it will give them a knock-blow on Christmas.
