We know that not buying the Black Lives Matter lie is a cancelable offense but now so too is demonstrating a belief that black lives do matter. A white man was fired because he stepped in to protect the life of a black woman. Just so we’re clear, this guy would still have a job if he stood by and let the black woman be attacked and die. Instead, he’s out of work for being helpful and compassionate because, racism or some shit like that.
Fox 11 reports that there was a pro-Trump rally in Los Angeles on Wednesday. 25-year-old Berlinda Nibo, who lives nearby, got into it with Trump supporters and the next thing she knew, she was on the ground in serious danger of getting killed. That’s when Roy Ball, a white guy, picked her up and wrapped his arms around her to protect her from the crowd. He took her to safety and she regards him as a hero who saved her life.
“I call him my hero.”
25-year-old Berlinda says the man seen in viral images “bear-hugging” her at a protest in Downtown Los Angeles Wednesday, was trying to protect her.@HettyNBCLA has the full story tonight on @NBCLA at 11pm pic.twitter.com/WUEMd5oVLE

Here’s an Instagram post from a photogprher who captured the chaos and rescue:

The LAPD agrees that Roy Ball is not racist who committed a hate crime:
The woman has been identified & interviewed by the LAPD. Based on her statements & other evidence, a hate crime/battery report was taken. The individual seen in the images with his arms wrapped around her—per the victim’s statement—was determined to be a Good Samaritan https://t.co/Vzz4n8QVj4

that helped her get away from the hostile crowd, by carrying her to safety.
The LAPD is continuing to conduct a thorough investigation, and we encourage any witnesses or those with information on the suspect(s) to contact Central Area Detectives.

And yet black activist Tariq Nasheed saw the picture of a white man with his arms wrapped around a black woman and assumed it was racism. As such, he sent a tweet to Ball’s employer…
Hello @ToyotaSoCal …Is Roy Ball still one of your employees? pic.twitter.com/SISrK0P77G

…and got him fired:
The actions in these photos are inconsistent with Toyota’s guiding principle of Respect for People. We do not condone this conduct. While Toyota dealerships are independently owned and operated entities, we can confirm this person is no longer employed by any Toyota dealership.

To which he was appreciative:
Thank you

The black power fist emoji was a nice touch, don’t you think?
Apparently Toyota USA thinks white people shouldn’t protect the lives of black women and that’s quite frankly very racist.
So this dude is out of a job for keeping a black woman from getting stomped to death. The lesson here is never help anyone, especially a black woman because it will be viewed as racist no matter what.
