The democrats certainly have a vendetta against President Trump but it’s not without a practical agenda. The latest push to impeach the President days from the end of his term isn’t just to punish him but also to keep him from running agin in 2024. Even democrats know that stealing the next election won’t be as easy next time around and they want to make sure Republicans can’t field their superstar.
The capitol protests have given democrats another bullshit reason to impeach President Trump. According to their narrative, Trump incited a group of his supporters to storm the Capitol last week. Sure, Trump never told then to do that and in fact said they should express themselves peacefully, but democrats don’t need any evidence of a crime to impeach Trump.
House Speaker Nancy Pelosi is expected to introduce a resolution demanding that Vice President Mike Pence invoke the 25th Amendment to remove President Trump from office. When that stupid idea fails, the democrats will introduce articles of impeachment in an attempt to get rid of Trump with a week or less in his presidency.
Like all things that come from democrats, this seems like a waste of time, but they want to make sure Trump can’t come back in 4 years and reclaim the presidency that was stolen from him.
In an interview with ABC News, Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez explained the reason why her caucus is once again pursuing impeachment:
“Our main priority is to ensure the removal of Donald Trump as president of the United States. Every minute and every hour that he is in office represents a clear and present danger, not just to the United States Congress but frankly to the country. We’re also talking about complete barring of the president — or rather of Donald Trump — from running for office ever again,” said Ocasio-Cortez.

House Speaker Nancy Pelosi said in a “60 Minutes” interview that aired Sunday night that one of the motivating factors for some in the new effort to impeach President Trump and remove him from office is to eliminate any chance he has of being elected again.
Last week’s riot at the U.S. Capitol Building has quickly become one of the greatest challenges to Trump’s presidency. Democrats and some Republicans blame him for his overheated rhetoric leading up to the unrest that led to five deaths and dozens of arrests.
Leslie Stahl, the correspondent, mentioned some of the possible outcomes for Trump to Pelosi and pointed out that there is a chance that he somehow manages to leave office and run for president again.
Pelosi responded that the prospect of Trump running for president again is one of the motivations “that people have for advocating for impeachment.”
Impeachment is the democrats’ attempt to rig the 2024 election, 4 years in advance. Sure, they stole 2020, but it will be much harder next time around. This past election was stolen largely by the use of mail-in ballots, but the chances of there being another pandemic in 4 years is remote.
Also, this shows how little faith democrats have in Joe Biden and Kamala Harris. They know his presidency is going to be disastrous and in reality, he won’t be the candidate in 4 years. It will be Kamaltoe and she’s as unelectable as she is insufferable.
75 million Americans voted Donald Trump in 2020 and the democrats know they can’t compete (cheat) with that after 4 years of Biden’s downer of a presidency.
That’s why democrats are whipping up fake outrage over a mild Capitol protest to use as a pretext to impeach President Trump just days before he leaves office. They want to punish him for the crime of being a Republican, but they also want to ensure that he can’t come back in 4 years and kick their asses.
