We know that Joe Biden’s promises to “Build Back Better” are all things that will destroy our economy and descend us into socialism, but we had no idea how serious he was about ruining this country. Crazy Joe intends to turn America in to California, the most mismanaged, high-priced, freedom-desert in the land. He won’t be importing the awesome Cali weather, but the rest of the country will be getting the high-taxes and shitty liberal governance of the Golden State.

After four years of being relentlessly targeted by a Republican president who worked overtime to bait, punish and marginalize California and everything it represents, the state is suddenly center stage again in Washington’s policy arena.
Hey look at that. The liberal media is trying to present California as the victim of mean old President Trump. Journalism is as doomed as the rest of the country.
California is emerging as the de facto policy think tank of the Biden-Harris administration and of a Congress soon to be under Democratic control. That’s rekindling past cliches about the state — incubator of innovation, premier laboratory of democracy, land of big ideas — even as it struggles with surging COVID-19 infections, a safety net frayed by the pandemic’s toll, crushing housing costs and wildfires, all fueling an exodus of residents.
There is no place the incoming administration is leaning on more heavily for inspiration in setting a progressive policy agenda.
America was never California to begin with, so it’s impossible for America to become California again, but it can sure start to suck like California by importing its terrible progressive ideas.
The revival in Washington of the California model of governance was cemented by Democrats’ recent recapture of the Senate majority, and comes after a Trump-era hiatus during which the state was road-testing ambitious new policies. Another factor: California Sen. Kamala Harris is about to become vice president.
The words “the California model of governance” should scare the shit out of anyone who loves this country. California has been run into the ground by a super-majority of democrats who view working people as an ATM to fund their failed progressive nonsense. Businesses and productive people have been leaving the state in droves because of high-taxes and a low return on services and safety.
The state has the toughest gun control laws in the country, and yet crime is still unbearably high, mostly because gun control doesn’t work and the state has basically decriminalized crime.
Crime by illegal aliens, in particular, has been decriminalized because they literally cannot be arrested or detained for anything. They do however qualify for all of the state’s generous handouts, something that is denied actual citizens who worked and paid into the system.
The streets of the major cities are awash in human waste because the liberals in charge have no idea how to deal with the homeless crisis they created. They keep throwing billions of dollars at the problem and can’t take even one person off the street.
While the problems of homelessness and crime explode across the state, the brilliant progressives in charge pass “important” legislation to ban straws and bags.
In the places where 90% of the population lives, a crappy apartment costs $3,000 a month and gas is over $3.50 a gallon.
California is a very expensive place to live and shitty place to do business where illegal aliens and criminals have more rights than the working people who pay to subsidize this madness. If Joe Biden had run on turning America into California, there are 49 other states that wouldn’t have voted for him no matter how much election fraud the democrats tried to pull off.
