Crappy Fundraising Numbers Signal Trouble For Joe Biden

As 2016 proved, poll numbers are almost meaningless, it’s money that matters and Joe Biden is some deep doo-doo. The former VP’s 3rd quarter fundraising numbers came out and he raised much less cash than democratic rivals Bernie Sanders and even Pete Buttigieg. So Biden is the democratic party frontrunner and he can’t even raise as much money as a communist and a goofball? Oh, and by the way, Biden’s poll numbers are also sinking, so there is no measure that supports his claim that he’s the guy who can beat President Trump.

Bloomberg reports that the Biden campaign only raised $15 million in the 3rd quarter, which is substantially less than the $21.5 million he raised in the 2nd quarter. Clearly the more Biden appears in public making asinine statements the more support for him cools.

$15 million is a lot of money everywhere except in the hands of a democratic politician. Biden could piss this away in weekend bender in Vermont. Or New Hampshire. He’s not really sure where either of these places are located.

It’s also not a lot of money compared to what some of his democratic rivals have raised. Socialist kook Bernie Sanders brought in $25 million in 3rd quarter fundraising. A guy who is literally opposed to capitalism, raked in $10 million more of those capitalist dollars than Joe Biden.

It gets sadder because Alfred E. Newman impersonator Pete Buttigieg’s 3rd quarter fundraising was $19.1 million. This is a guy nobody ever heard of a few months ago and he’s kicking the ass of one of the most recognizable names in politics.

Biden can feel a little better about this because he did manage to out-raise Kamala Harris. The California Senator only brought in $11.6 million, but that could be due to the fictitious gender pay gap that compensates women of color 30% less than white men. Adjusted for “liberal economics” Harris probably raised the same amount of money as Biden.

All of this looks like chump change compared to the $125 million President Trump raised in the 3rd quarter. Damn, Trump out-raised the entire democratic field by a lot. Again, the polls that show Trump losing to any of the democrats is countered by the beat-down he’s giving them in the fundraising department.

That fact is, the democrats’ efforts to impeach Trump for make-believe crimes has been a fundraising windfall for the President. Not only is this latest which hunt/coup attempt putting money into Trump’s coffers, it will give him a comfortable reelection win in 2020. Part of this may be why Biden’s financial support is drying up.

After Hillary Clinton lost to Trump in 2016, donations to her family’s foundation all but disappeared because people knew they could no longer pay for political favors. This time around the money people are being more prudent. Clearly Biden isn’t going to win, so why pay-to-play when there’s not going to be any play?

This is no time for Biden to panic, because he still has some money raising avenues open to him. He could just ask some of his crackhead son Hunter’s foreign business partners to bankroll the rest of his campaign. Neither the liberal media nor the democrats are going say anything if he suddenly gets tens of millions of dollars from China and the Ukraine, so there’s really no downside.
