Democrat Has Fainting Spell Because Republican Displayed Guns On Zoom Meeting

Liberals are convinced that firearms are so deadly that they can kill with no one behind the trigger. They think that merely seeing a gun is enough to snuff out all life. A California democrat had a fainting spell because a Republican colleague had some guns displayed in the background during a Zoom meeting. This was a grown-ass man claiming he didn’t feel safe by guns on video a thousand miles away.

It’s not often that a House Natural Resources committee meeting makes the news, but California Rep. Jared Huffman’s pearl-clutching did it. Democrats are trying to ban Republicans from legally carrying firearms in the Capitol complex, including committee meeting rooms. During a Zoom meeting, Huffman had a real problem with Republican Colorado Rep. Lauren’s Boebert backdrop:

As you can see, Boebert has several firearms prominently displayed behind her and that set Huffman off:

“If somebody wants to have a shrine to their gun fetish as a Zoom backdrop in their private life they can do that but this is our hearing room, and at some point we will get past the COVID epidemic, and we’ll all start showing up in person, and our safety and our ability to conduct business civilly without feeling threatened is a relevant consideration,” said Huffman.

Huffman is in Petaluma, California, which is 1,070 miles from Rifle, Colorado where Boebert is. The effective range of any of her firearms is significantly less than that distance, plus the Rockies and the Sierras would probably get in the way. If he’s feeling threatened, that’s because he’s a fragile hysterical snowflake.

Huffman went on to characterize gun ownership as a “fetish” several more times before Boebert asked to speak. And man, did she bring the thunder:

“We all took an oath to uphold and secure the Constitution, every single one of us. Our first act as members of Congress was to take our oath of office, and please allow me to remind you a portion of that oath, the chair and every other member here solemnly swore that we would support and defend the Constitution of the United States against all enemies foreign and domestic. The Second Amendment is very much a part of the Constitution of the United States,” said Boebert.

After reigning down some hell on the democrats’ hypocrisy regarding gun ownership and security, Boebert asked some fair questions:

“Are there any other enumerated rights that will be nullified in this committee? Do we have the right of free speech here?” Boebert asked. “How about the Nineteenth Amendment? Can women vote in this committee?” …”Why does anyone think that they can cherry-pick the Second Amendment and say this is the one enumerated right that we can take away from people?”

Boebert wouldn’t receive answers to any of her questions, because you know how democrats are: full of shit.

On top of being full of shit, democrats are the pert of projection. Whatever they accuse others of is what they are guilty of. They are trying to portray legally-armed Republicans as a threat because if they had guns in the Capitol, they would definitely use them on Republicans over minor policy disputes.
