What does skin color have to do with making soda pop ? According to Coca-Cola, everything. The soft drink giant trains its employees in critical race theory and one of those lessons is for them to “be less white.” Perhaps this is a sign that the company will be using Virginia Governor Ralph “Moonwalker” Northam in black face to promote their product, because nobody is less white than him.
Dr. Karlyn Borysenko, an organizational psychologist, discovered a crital race theory training program that Coca-Cola uses for its employees:
🚨🚨🚨 BREAKING: Coca-Cola is forcing employees to complete online training telling them to “try to be less white.”

The program titled: Understanding What It Means To Be White, Challenging What It Means To Be Racist, takes the stance that being white is an act if racism.
On one of the slides, being white means arrogance, oppression, and ignorance. Having defined whiteness in these ugly terms, white people are then told to “Try to be less white.”
Borysenko made a video to walk you through the insane anti-white racism of this training program:
And yes, it is absolutely 100% real:
For people asking to verify this, the course is publicly available on @LinkedIn: https://t.co/T2mmXTACeJ
You can see for yourself. The Coca-Cola icon is in the top right hand corner on some of the images because they’re using LinkedIn content for their internal platform.

And yes, Coca-Cola has admitted that it made its employees take this piece of shit training program:

How’s that for a statement? Coca-Cola says this is not the focus of their training curriculum but that it is a part of it.
This certainly brings up a lot of questions like: Is this training program for all employees or only the white ones? Isn’t it racist to treat employees different based on the color of their skin? Are there penalties for failing to be less white? Does Coca-Cola provide white employees with skin-tone darkening agents so they can be less white? Does rubbing Coca-Cola on the skin make it less white?
Imagine if there were a training program that ascribed negative traits to the black experience and then told people to “be less black.” That would be an outrage so massive that it knows no equal in our time. But somehow calling white people “narcissistic stupid assholes” is acceptable.
The dumbest thing about crap like this is that it tries to convince white people that their skin color, and nothing else, oppresses black people. That racism is a zero-sum game in which being white means black people loose. Racism is overt acts like when democrats owned slaves, formed the KKK, and segregated society. It’s not when Jan shows up at the Coca-Cola bottling plant with the skin she was born with.
The shittiest thing about crap like this is that it tries to make white people ashamed of something they have no control over and force them to apologize for things they had nothing to do with.
