On Friday, White House press secretary Jen Psaki announced Biden is planning to sign a series of gun control executive orders, as reported by One America News Network. Psaki did not give a timeline of when Biden would sign the orders,
‘Gun Control Executive Orders’ may become a bigger deal than the country can tolerate as a whole and remain whole.
Violations of our First Amendment have angered and disgusted many Americans, and have pushed the country to the proverbial edge. Violations such as are now proposed to our Second Amendment just might push people over that proverbial edge. I foresee Red states responding in big ways, and below are three possible courses of action for conservative state governors and legislatures to take:
Nullification:
A legal theory that a state has the right to nullify, or invalidate, any federal laws which that state has deemed unconstitutional with respect to the U.S. Constitution. (Note: The theory of nullification has never been upheld by federal courts.)
The Tenth Amendment, which reads:
‘The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the States, are reserved to the States respectively, or to the people.’
This amendment defines the balance of power between the federal government and the states. Any power not listed, says the Tenth, is left to the states or the people. (Note: The federal government powers listed include the power to declare war, to collect taxes, to regulate interstate business activities, and others that are listed in the articles.)
Secession:
The action of withdrawing formally from membership of a federation or body, especially a political union.
Joe Biden is gearing up to go over Congress’s head to promote his agenda on gun control measures.
We can ban assault weapons and high-capacity magazines.
We can close loopholes in our gun background check system.
This is not a partisan issue — it’s an American issue that will save lives. Congress needs to act.

Biden has become increasingly aggressive in his anti-gun rhetoric after the recent acts of gun violence in Colorado and Atlanta.
Every time Biden is asked about gun control measures he adds a suggestion, recently naming 3D-printed and imported weapons bans.
What say you Def-Con News readers? The First Amendment and the Second Amendment are certainly Hot Button issues. Americans seem to have accepted force-feeding of much abuse of their 1A rights. Will they likewise accept force-feeding of abuses of their 2A rights? I doubt this.
