Illegitimate president Joe Biden has made no secret that he is at war with Americans. Conservative Americans. He considers white conservative American citizens to be the biggest threat to this country but is hampered by the Constitution to implement his purge. His DHS may have found a workaround by hiring private contractors to spy on conservative Americans, which is a capitalist twist on Biden’s socialist dictatorship.
CNN reports on something that would have been a Constitutional crisis if Trump was president:
The Biden administration is considering using outside firms to track extremist chatter by Americans online, an effort that would expand the government’s ability to gather intelligence but could draw criticism over surveillance of US citizens.
The Department of Homeland Security is limited in how it can monitor citizens online without justification and is banned from activities like assuming false identities to gain access to private messaging apps used by extremist groups such as the Proud Boys or Oath Keepers.
Notice how this plan doesn’t mention anything about spying on Antifa or Black Lives Matter? That’s not a coincidence because this is all about spying on the right.
Instead, federal authorities can only browse through unprotected information on social media sites like Twitter and Facebook and other open online platforms. A source familiar with the effort said it is not about decrypting data but rather using outside entities who can legally access these private groups to gather large amounts of information that could help DHS identify key narratives as they emerge.
The plan being discussed inside DHS, according to multiple sources, would, in effect, allow the department to circumvent those limits.
If that ultimately happens, DHS could produce information that would likely be beneficial to both it and the FBI, which can’t monitor US citizens in this way without first getting a warrant or having the pretext of an ongoing investigation. The CIA and NSA are also limited on collecting intelligence domestically.
The reason why the government can’t spy on American citizens for no good reason is because we are a free society with Constitutional protections. Trying to circumvent those protections by bringing in private firms to do the spying is still a major violation of the people’s rights.
The fact that the Biden administration is even considering this shows that the real threat to our country is not white conservatives but rather the illegitimate president and the democratic party. Really, you never hear about a Republican president spying on Americans, but every time a democrat is in the White House (Obama, Clinton) there’s an awful lot of illegal domestic spying going on.
And seriously, this is not about stopping extremism, it’s about purging white conservative American citizens. Check this out:
“We are exploring with our lawyers, civil rights, civil liberties and privacy colleagues, how we can make use of outside expertise,” the DHS official added, referring to the department’s efforts related to encrypted applications.
The problem with that, the source familiar with the effort acknowledged, is DHS would be operating in a space that would likely make civil liberties’ advocates, not to mention conservatives’, hair stand on end.
The reason why the source said it would make conservatives hair stand on end is because they are the target of this illegal spying scheme. Also, as long as the scope of this spying is limited to groups on the right, the ACLU won’t give a shit.
