When democrats bypassed the legislative process to ram through Joe Biden’s $2 trillion “American Rescue Plan” the illegitimate president said it would help our economy recover and put millions back to work. Unfortunately part of that plan involved paying people to not work and the April jobs numbers and rising unemployment reflect that. Biden however insists that these pathetic jobs numbers prove that we’re moving in the right direction.

President Biden on Friday said the country is “still digging out of an economic collapse” amid the coronavirus pandemic, but that the U.S. is on the “right track,” as the administration reported that the economy created just 266,000 jobs in April, and saw rising unemployment.
The April jobs report released Friday showed the US economy heavily missed Wall Street’s mark, adding a measly 266,000 new jobs as the country continues to recover from the COVID-19 pandemic.
The unemployment rate also unexpectedly rose to 6.1%. While it’s still well below the April 2020 peak of 14.7%, it’s about twice the precrisis level, the Labor Department said in its monthly payroll report, released Friday morning. Economists surveyed by Refinitiv expected the report to show that unemployment fell to 5.8% and the economy added 978,000 jobs.
“You might think we should be disappointed,” said Biden.
Well, yeah and it’s weird that he isn’t.
“Today, there is more evidence our economy is moving in the right direction,” Biden said.
Since it is Biden’s plan to destroy American and create utter dependence on the federal government, this is technically not a lie.
“This is progress. This is a testament to our new strategy,” said Biden.
Since his strategy is to pay people to not work and extend the COVID-19 pandemic indefinitely, this is technically not a lie.
Luckily Nancy Pelosi came along to make this manure heap smell even worse:
Meanwhile, House Speaker Nancy Pelosi called the jobs numbers Friday “disappointing,” saying it highlights the ” urgent need to pass President Biden’s American Jobs and Families Plans.”
“We need to take bold action to Build Back Better from this crisis by investing in our nation, our workers and our families,” said Pelosi.
If the “American Rescue Plan” didn’t rescue any Americans, what are the chances the democrats’ “American Jobs and Families Plan” will create any jobs for American families?
The democrats rammed through a multi-trillion dollar behemoth, saying it would get Americans back to work but the opposite of that has happened. Now they want to ram through another multi-trillion dollar behemoth, saying “no really, this time it will put Americans back to work.” How many times do these assholes have to lie to the country before people stop believing them?
