Illegitimate president Joe Biden has put illegitimate vice president Kamala Harris in charge of a range of things like the self-inflicted border crisis and the non-existent problem of voter suppression. Because she’s a vapid phony, Harris has not only failed to solve these problems but made them worse. The NYT has a novel solution to this: stop giving Kamaltoe hard things that she will fail at and start giving her easy stuff so she can appear to succeed.
The New York Times actually acknowledges what a train wreck Kamala Harris’ handling of the border crisis has been and even pointed out that she kinda sucks at everything else too:
Addressing the root causes of migration is one of several jobs President Biden has handed Ms. Harris, who had no deep expertise with Latin America issues or the decades-long quandary of federal immigration reform. He has also asked her to lead the administration’s voting-rights efforts, which are in a filibuster limbo. According to The Times, he has her working on combating vaccine hesitancy and fighting for policing reform, too, among other uphill battles.
Ms. Harris, at this point, can’t seem to win for trying. She is a historic yet inexperienced vice president who is taking on work that can easily backfire as so many people sit in judgment, with critics sniping (especially right-wing commentators)…
And this is a problem because if the people see how incompetent and ineffectual Harris is, she might not get to be president one day:
And all the while, the clock is ticking. Most political observers think that if Mr. Biden decides not to run for re-election in 2024 (when he will be 81), Ms. Harris most definitely will. He had to know that in choosing her as his vice president, he was making her his heir apparent. But based on how things look now, her work as his No. 2 could end up being baggage more than a boon. Mr. Biden and his team aren’t giving her chances to get some wins and more experience on her ledger. Rather, it’s the hardest of the hard stuff.
Effective leaders solve the tough problems, so this is the NYT admitting that Kamala Harris is weak and useless. Also, these things she’s been tasked with aren’t the hardest of the hard stuff, they’re problems that Joe Biden created. The fixes are very easy: reinstate Trump’s immigration policies and put an immediate halt to all of Biden’s executive actions.
The NYT says Biden needs to give Harris some two-foot putts so she can fool the country into thinking she’s not a complete waste of oxygen. And they did it as hilariously as possible:
She needs a mix of tough targets and ones that show her ideas and creativity, as Al Gore had with his Reinventing Government effort, rather than a portfolio consisting of the most difficult policy challenges in 21st-century America.
Uh, Al Gore was never elected president either. If Harris has to do stupid stuff to get elected president, emulating Al Gore is not the way to do it.
The big question here is, what could Kamala Harris possibly do that is within her skillset? The only things she’s really good at are inappropriate cackling, lying, and sleeping with married men. Maybe I’m not as creative as the NYT, but I can’t see how any of those things would translate into a big public relations win for her.
What I find funniest about this is that this is a fluff piece from the liberal media, who is sworn to protect the democratic party at all costs and the bottom line is, the NYT is saying that Kamala Harris is an unqualified incompetent loser, who is incapable of leadership. Imagine if the NYT wasn’t on her side.
